The staff was friendly and polite. When I checked in, the room we had initially wasn't an Accessible one for my mom's power chair. I booked a Deluxe Room by mistake. Steven was able to accommodate us with an Accessible Room, so we got lucky. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning when we requested it. They even left us extra toiletries, which was kind and thoughtful of them. The location was ideal and close to several food options, Walgreens, and Vons. We also liked having a fridge in the room. There was a laundry facility on property, which was convenient even though we didn't end up using it. We also received a courtesy call about the water being shut off for an hour due to repairs, which was very considerate. Overall, we had a good experience and we would stay here again.

The property could use a face-lift. There were some dings in the furniture and a hole in the curtains, but it wasn't major. As far as the continental breakfast on weekends, I wish there were some protein options because it was quite bread heavy, but it was better than nothing. Unfortunately, a homeless man ended up in the pool on one of the days because someone left the gate open. It was closed temporarily. I was still concerned about the cleanliness of it, so I didn't end up using it.

Staff was friendly , super convenient to where we needed to be for work , food places near by , kinda bummed that I didn’t bring a swim suit I didn’t do enough research to know that there was a pool / hot tub

The elevator can close on you super quick if you don’t move fast enough that was my only negative it’s like you have to super move quick and it’s a little concerning and if you don’t move enough I can see where you might catch a hand or worse B. There were a few cigarette burn holes in our comforter

Jose on the front desk was very helpful by inflating my tires after my TPMS gave an alert. He was enthusiastic to help and I appreciated his support. If it's review time give him a raise!

Sink drain backed up with black bits. I cleaned it twice. The bathroom floor in 202 was very uneven. This room has a lot of traffic noise, rent only to the hard of hearing. Bright lights outside the curtain were easily reduced by tilting a pillow against it.

Clean facility overall, although trash piles up in the bins overnight. Not housekeeping's fault. Good price for safe area in Pasadena.

Breakfast room is only open on weekends. Weekdays you have to ask the desk for a snack box.

Safe location and loved the balcony facing San Gabtiel mountains.

Beds should be replaced and rooms updated, along with maybe pressure washing hallways . It makes a presentable property.

I usually choose this Ramada Inn for my Caltech visits, and will continue to do so. You get a nice walk through "Rose Ville" gratis .

Unpleasent to me were the bright outdoor LED lights at night right in front of my window, which illuminated the room despite the curtain.

We were in need of a room because the interior of our home was being painted. We booked this at the last minute. Your team exceeded our expectations.
