All staff is polite, nice and helpful. Everything is clean.

The rooms are small, but the bathrooms inside are super small. It was super difficult to sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time (it is that small, your head and knees are touching the door). This is not compliant. It is what you are paying for a cheaper stay, but I just wanted to warn the people so they do not get nasty surprises, especially bigger sized people.

Ibis budget hotel's brand have their quality standard well defined. So, if you know one of them wherever it is, you know what is expected about the hotel. All rooms well designed with all that you need. TV. In the room, control lights close to the bed, lights for read or to have a fair amount of light just for not to stay in total darkness in the night. Very comfy. Shower, toilet and sink, all separate between them for every person doing different activity at the same time with no interference or waiting periods. Well designed. Tables for work and bed tables as well. Only bad mechanic ventilation in the toilet, but if you going to stay a short time in the hotel and planning to visit Paris most of the time this aspect pass a second plane. Room lock is a sort of code what is a long code of 6 digits, I recommend write appart this code or take a picture of this code to remember it. In summary is a good accomodation to visit Paris if you going to have a long journey planned.

Just a couple of things, bad mechanic ventilation in the toilet, no glass cups for water but paper cups that's not the usual in Ibis budget hotel's chain. Ibis budget Chevilly Tram 7 is around 17 mins walking from Louis Aragon metro station. So, this could be good if you have plenty of time to visit Paris but if you are tight in time could be difficult to cope the distance going and returning daily. But if time is not your problem this could be beneficial in your plans, because in this way you can find useful spots to facilitate your visit, as KFC, Burguer King, Carrefour and a mall with various stores that can be helpful in your visit.

Good location close to tram line and metro, quick access to the airport. Shopping center, supermarket, and cafe nearby. Room was quiet, clean and quite spacious. Climate control system is good. Nice option to stay before the early flight.

Very small toilet and shower, and shower's door is semi-transparent, so all is visible from the room. Would be great to have a kettle to make some tea in the room. We had to pay extra taxes, almost +10 euro, for me it's really annoying when it's not included in the final price.

Clean property

They continuously inject cold air from outside and we cannot set AC for more than 26 degrees which makes room feel like less than 20 degrees … it might be ok for most of them but not comfortable for people who come from hot countries like India or Africa etc

Cost efficiency. Shared the same building with a standard Ibis (not Ibis budget). So you can compare the price tag then choose. We stay at both for 2 days respectively. The rate is a fraction compared to stay within central Paris, while the hotel is easy to access Line 7 which can get you directly to central Paris. (one key reason for the choice)

They should have a vending machine and provide more goods option as there is no small shops nearby (there is a Carrefour in 10 minutes walking). Bought a 50cl water at front desk and it took 3.9 Euro which is a bit expensive.

The staff were very accommodating and were very helpful. Especially the cleaner we saw every morning. We are so very grateful for him. Smiling all the time and just a chatty chappy despite a very tough language barrier. The breakfast option was perfect for us and coffee... everything about this place was perfect for me and my new fiancée!!!

There wasnt anything at all we didn't like. The shower head could have been a bit more movable but everything else was bang on.

The place is beautiful and very well maintained; the breakfast met my expectations, and the staff of the hotel is very helpful. Also, is so easy to get the hotel from the airport, and the tram line make easier to reach the hotel by public transportation

I understand that the hotel is an affordable place, but the room size is so small and can be uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom has a rare smell.

the beds, the tv, the window, the surroundings, the proximity to the orly airport, the staff, cleanliness, cold drinking water at the ground floor.

the toilet was too small, the bathroom was too small and the door didnt help either
