The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious, and the tv audio connected to the bathroom speakers. The beach was just a short walk away - but no private hilton area for the hilton guests. Breakfast was amazing, I've never had so many offerings.

There was an issue wbetween the pre-payment I made on booking.com for the 2 nights, and at both check-in and check-out I had issues, at check-in I was charged from the property again twice :( Also for a "sea view room" about 75% of the view was of the plaza, and only from one chair could you really sea the sea.

Fantastic experience. Best possible location with a View to the sea and beach. Exceptionell service and rooms. This is, how it should be. Outstanding breakfast. Thank You!

Only point of criticism is the parking. When arriving / departing and access the hotel from the parking Garage, there are 3 doors to be opened manually ... quite a challenge when fully loaded with luggage.

The rooms are exactly as advertised, everything is clean and works well, as you‘d expect of a hotel with this standard. Great beds, good soundproofing, bathrobes etc

- I am not quite sure why some hotels of a 5 star standard do not have an option to log in to personal streaming accounts (Netflix etc). It’s 2024! - Also making guests pay extra for Spa use just seems cheap. Being able to use the facilities such as sauna and pool should be included in the price

- as you see in the pictures of the hotel the interior is amazing - extremely comfortable bed, spacious room - Kids Club, which was perfect for our 1,5 year old daughter, - Aquapark - with 2 good areas for small kids, one with shallow pool and slides and the other for splashing the water, plus 4 slides for bigger kids and adults - Spa & Wellness area - while small it was designed to help you relax, I was at the hotel in the peak season and only came across a few people. - Sushi Bar - delicious - very attentive and friendly staff - balcony with calming view on trees and sea

- I feel that the choices for breakfast could be narrowed down and the quality of some foods increased (example: waffles, gluten free bread) - Kids Club has 3 rooms one of them plays cartoons all the time and the door remains open, which is making kiddos constantly trying to go there and watch, which I didn't want. - no vanity kits

Hotel is awesome, staff is awesome, breakfast is awesome. My first stay at Hilton, but I've been to Hampton by Hilton, Radisson Blue and several others, yet they are far below Hilton. Beautiful sea view!

The rain showerhead needs descaling due to limescale buildup - it was basically useless, but there's regular shower head too.

beautifully designed hotel, very thoughtfully equipped rooms, some tea and coffee available in the room. staff was great, especially at the lobby bar and the restaurant (Polonaise). facility is clean and pleasant to be in, breakfast is versatile, however, I would improve the coffee. SPA area is wonderful, staff is very professional. everyone spoke perfect English.

the carpet flooring may not be the best choice as if attracts the dirt and smells - a particular “old” smell was sometimes present in the hallway. maybe having “real” coffee in the rooms would be a bit nicer.

Modern , well run establishment with large well decorated rooms and good cuisine.

Non EV vehicles parked on EV charging spots, while being told that there’re no charging places available.

Hilton Swinoujscie Resort and Spa, situated by the seaside and close to the Swinoujscie promenade, attracts a primarily German-speaking clientele due to its location near the Polish-German border. It's worth noting that during my stay, I often found that the hotel staff communicated in German, despite my Polish nationality.

Great location, quality rooms, royal breakfast. SPA area - perfect vibe. Thanks to attentive staff. Great solutions how facilities of two hotels can be interlinked.

Heating in the room might not be working properly.

Very tasteful design. Everything is new and is very pretty and calming.

The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool but you get an access to the aqua park for an hour a day. It is nice and a good alternative but for some people, an hour might be too short. But with the beach nearby, you can always go there when the hour is done
