The hotel is a good size, comfortable and clean, has a nice old house feel, a beautiful little spa, a very nice and white dining room, retro feel. free parking, plenty of space, good location, central square was close by

I can't even say, but check-in time was limited, although this is understandable in low season. The room was spacious enough, with modern furnishings, but there was not much space and shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Breakfast was good enough for me, plenty of choices to fill your stomach. The location of the hotel was good for the purpose of my trip. Some good pubs nearby, within walking distance.

The lack of air conditioning made it a little uncomfortable on a day when the sun had shone and heated the room. Maybe also the proximity of the spa department and the humid air (rain) made the situation worse. Reception and bar was closed early in the evening for the night.

The helpful and friendly stuff - as always - is a realy big bonus. Hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and quiet, even thou the noises from other rooms could sometime be heard.

This is not dislike, it is a suggestion to improve. As I've told the stuff, the hotel could look just a bit more welcoming from the outside. Now it doesn't match the nice interior and warm feel inside - especially in the dark winter months. It could be so easily done and the hotel would become a star on the busy street.

While booking I didn't pay much attention to the room facilities, except that it was "a room with sauna", but when entering the room I thought I was given a suite. The room was exceptionally large with separate living room and bedroom. Amazing find in Rakvere! Extra kudos for the designer for installing a blind-out curtain for the skylight in the bedroom!!!

Nothing to dislike about this hotel!

Nice location, nice staff, very friendly lady in restaurant, dogs allowed, clean place, we felt special staying there for xmas as there was almost no one there :)

Pillows could be a bit more comfier, maybe a bit too warm (we opened window and it was okay)

Cozy hotel, helpful staff. Especially I would like to point out spotless cleanliness of the room. Off season (January), there was just handful of guests and the hotel was absolutely calm (the only source of noise were our two kids).

The hotel was centrally located, reception lady was extremely helpful. The room in the attick was really spacious and clean, free parking space in the backyard was a plus.

The extra charge for dogs was ridiciously high, two nights with two small dogs (under 10 kg) was 80 euros!! The room had a lovely rooftop windows, but they were lacking the curtains, so sun was really an issue at the bedroom from the early morning.

Room was updated, clean, tidy, quiet, with a good temperature, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Breakfast was better than expected, they even got oat milk, pancakes, egg and bacon, porridge, cereals, fruits - there was a large selection. The hotel is in a building with history, a beautiful lobby, only the corridors are a bit dated. Very kind and friendly staff, rather a very pleasant experience.

My first stay at hotel Wesenbergh, didn't know what to expect. The check-in was convinient, nohing to complain about the rooms as well. Spacious and not to worn-out yet - although soon they reach to point where some rerubishing is needed.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. A proper scrambled eggs would help a lot.

I really enjoyed the original room I had. I did get upgraded to a much better room due to plumbing issues. The staff was really friendly and the location is perfect.

The breakfast options could use some upgrading and the rooms have a slight musky scent to them. Both rooms smelt like a man had stayed in there right before me
