The room was nice. Good price to quality ratio. Breakfast was nice, it was in the cute little cafe on the ground floor. I appreciated the amenities - free bottles of water etc. Nice little touches.

The door lock was quite complicated and the message they sent me didn't clearly explain how to use it. I know it wasn't our issue only, because we managed to figure it out but new guests arrived next door and they came to ask for our help as they couldn't figure it out. Maybe try to make the phrasing a little more clear on how to use the lock. Also some difficulties with communication - I remember sending a message I never got an answer to. But I managed to get in and I got my breakfast and everything was fine in the end. ALSO! Super thin walls!! You can hear everything, also some things you would prefer not to... But it's an older building, so it's understandable.

Everything is great 👍 Modern apartment with small kitchen, where all necessary utensils are, fridge/freezer. VERY clean, bed was fantastic, bed linen like in a 5 star hotel. Strongly recommend staying here. Downstairs there is cafe/restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and sweet bakery. The host was very friendly and polite, check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow. My sincere wishes all the best to their business development!

This place exceeded my expectations. A lot of space, cosy room, convenient location (near the center, near the store Maxima), cool Cafe on the first floor, balcony. Very tasty breakfast (included to the bill) in cafe, you can choose 2 variants: bacon and eggs or porridge, some kind of tea or juice. We enjoyed our stay with my wife. Strongly recommend to everyone. By the way, after our breakfast, we wanted to buy 2 snacks in this Cafe for the further tripp, but the buyer said us it is also already included in bill. It was very unexpected and sweet. Also people in Rakvere are very friendly.

very clean, easy access with door code, owner replies messages within seconds. bottles of water provided every day, towels changed every day upon request. cafeteria downstairs with very fresh, tasty products. 10 out of 10 for every service included!

Every time amazed by the breakfast downstairs at Rohuaia kohvik, it is a standard offering for guests, you can choose between porridge or eggs-bacon, everything else brought to you according to the standard they have there. And its sooo tasty and filling and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Service supernice. The bed was comfortable, and 2 extra pillows in the cupboard which is always helpful for my partner. Location close to trainstation (<1km), centre and castle close as well. Small kitchenarea with all that you need.

Only 1small thing, there was a bit of bad smell in the bathroom, seems it came from the sanitary pipes.. but that's it.

Great breakfast and location. They even tried and provided breakfast earlier than the planned time. This helped us start the day with good energy.

Since many people will be using this as tourists or for travel, it would really be good to have an iron box since people don't usually carry these in their luggages.

Beautiful spacious room. Had all the basics you need. Location is great, easy to reach. I loved there was a fridge as well. Downstairs cafe served the breakfast and it was really delicious.

4.45 in the morning I woke up because the room was so light already (the beauty of Estonian long light nights and early sunny mornings). Curtains aren't that dark. So perhaps message the location first so they can assign a room where the sun doesn't make the room so bright so early. Didn't bother us but its a good info to know :)

The room was in good condition and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Large size with Frig etc... there was no safe in the room. Nice place, we were very satisfied and will stay there again. The breakfast was excellent at their resturant downstair

.. Overall I loved it. TV had very limited channels and does need more channels, spacially english international ones

Very nice, spacious appartement with kitchenette, self-checkin easy, well decribed informations. The caffee/Restaurant in the ground floor provides very delicious food and drinks in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. English Menue, Meat and pizza were great, breakfast included was beyound expectations, friendly English speaking stuff was very friendly. We higly recommend this place!

Everything fine!

The cafe downstairs was great and the food was wonderful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. Lots of storage space and a TV. Access to the house and room was easy and convenient as well.

It was a bit cold in the room and I didn't see a control panel for it, however, I did I look for other options. From the ceiling and maybe the wall a vent or something was constantly making a high-pitched sound. Not too bad but if your sensitive to sounds it might bother you.
