Close to the city center, friendly personell. Did not spend much time in hotel as we had busy schedule. Breakfast was good, but a bit small selection of items.

Great location next to a park, between the town centre and the beautiful Skaten neighbourhood with old wooden houses. Friendly, accommodating staff. Comfortable central stay.

The room was aesthetically pleasing, there was a sauna with a view, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and friendly. It was also easy to communicate via the Booking.com app and on the phone.

There was some noise from the road from the kids and their motorbikes, but it's hardly anything to complain about. Everything else was perfectly comfortable.

The receptionists didn’t wear masks and neither did most of the guests in the breakfast room.

Hotel in the very center of the city. Parking for cars is located in the courtyard of the hotel and in order to enter it you need to go around the hotel on the next street. I had a single room. The room has a bathroom, a kettle and tea and coffee bags. Near the hotel there is a grocery supermarket Prism. I arrived at the check-in at 19:00 and there was no one at the reception, but a digital code was sent to my phone number for the lock from the front door to the hotel and to the room itself, and I was able to enter my room without any problems and stay in it. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, there are no foreign smells. In general, I liked it.

I couldn't find information about what time breakfast starts, which is included in the price. I wrote a question to support, but I received an answer only when I had already left the hotel. In the evening, there is no one on Resepshin, and if you suddenly have problems, for example, with a lock on the door to your room, then no one will help you and you will stay overnight on the street. Another unpleasant moment that I had to leave the hotel at 5.30 am, and in the morning I wanted to use the common kitchen, microwave or have breakfast, but I could not get to the reception and the kitchen because my code from the digital lock at the entrance to the kitchen and the receptionist was not correct and I could not open these doors. As a result, I was left without breakfast and at 5.30 in the morning I left without drinking my morning coffee, which is very unpleasant and I am very dissatisfied and upset about this. Breakfast was included in the price but I didn't get to use it.
