It's a complete leisure experience. The cabin lapland authenticity ambiance should not be missed, book it! We don't have to chase and pay to see Northern Lights, it was right infront of our cottage! The tourist activities around the area are rightly - priced. I have lost my phone in the snow at the first day while dragging luggage but on my last day it was on the lost and found! All the staffs are helpful and goes above and beyond in service. The reviews about the BEST BREAKFAST is true! Delicious array, varied choices, good quality and fresh! We hiked,, we spend time on lake and these are all free!!!

We arrived late at 9pm and it was snowing. We took the Pyha- Lusto Bus which is convenient. But dragging the heavy luggage while snowing and freezing and climbing uphill, it was dark and not too easy to look thru and navigate. As first timers in the hotel plus these other extra factors it was very challenging for us. We only knew there were sleds the next day in the morning when we saw it. These should have been foreseen by receptions and could have brief us with the situation.

Cosy cabin with log fire in the woods. Small skiig area and walks nearby. We saw the aurora which was a great highlight

Bathroom a bit dated and toilet hadn’t been clean!

Great hotel. The receptionist at our arrival and during our stay was very nice, friendly and funny. Later, we had a problem with our room and an other receptionist, very attentive, found a solution very quickly. The restaurant was fabulous. Local products and specialties. Very good service. The hotel facilities (swimming pools,sauna, private sauna) were great. The hotel is very quiet. There is a very beautiful lake next to the hotel where you can walk, eat next to a wood fire and hope to see the Northern Lights. We had a great stay.

Nothing

The place seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but once you are there you find all the necessary infrastructure and more. The hotel is surrounded by few other hotels, some giftshops, restaurants and there is a small supermarket (K-market) 1 minute away from the hotel entrance. The room turned out to be large and cozy with a very nice bathroom and a balcony and a fridge. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious. There is also a swimming pool and sauna and ...

We have spent just one day in this place and could not find things to really complain about. Next time, may be :)

Breakfast was excellent, so as dinner in the Bistro. The spa was great, except for the cold water in the jacuzzi and the main pool (I think both my husband and I caught a cold there). The room was dated but spacious; the only drawback was the lack of noise cancellation from the kids next door.

We liked our kelomökki, it was very cozy, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but everyday the same, although there are many options to choose from. The menu in restaurant is interesting and high quality. The surroundings are exceptional in the area, it is also nice that there are slides available for children.

It was quite difficult to find our cottage first time, there was not enough signs. Luckily in the day we found a shortcut.

Cozy cabin with mini kitchen, private sauna and fire place (they provide the logs for no extra cost, which was a very nice touch). The location was quite with beautiful surrounds. There is a small convenience shop 3mins by walk with drinks and snacks, quite handy. There is a coach leaving from outside Rovaniemi airport and stops just outside the hotel, very easy access. The breakfast was great, good choices and quality of food. The restaurant bistro was fantastic, very good tasty food. We didn’t have time to try the spa (it cost an additional €17), unfortunately.

We wanted more time there, but not the hotel’s fault :)

Friendly Staff on arrival assisted in settling us in plus all staff in the restaurant were fantastic. It was fantastic to have spa and sauna facilities as well as snow and the ice covered lake at our doorstep. Buffet breakfast was delicious and so many options. All common spaces had authentic Finish styling.

Rooms are a little dated.

Wonderland spot!! Just book it! The chalet was cosy , great bedding, charming open fire, practical kitchenette , clean bathroom and sauna. Amazing Breakfast in a huge room. Great visit of the mine with -30...feeling like -40 and still the staff was super friendly! Too cold to stay outside for the Northern lights but lots of options for a play in the snow and walks near by. Great experience!! Fantastic stay!

Breakfast is good, large buffet and long tables, enabling breakfast also for groups of tourists, so quite busy in the morning. Swimming pool is small, towels to take from the room, no extra towels available. Personnel very friendly. Ski bus stops in front of the building.

When staying longer than a few days, it might be nice to have a car.
