Location in Rauma was excellent, right on the edge of Old Rauma UNESCO world heritage site. Hotel had it's own parking lot, off the main street and out of sight, which was good for our motorbikes. Room itself was OK, bathroom very nice. Comfy beds, decent breakfast for a small hotel.

Hotel doesn't have 24/7 reception, which we knew. We arrived late, didn't know how to enter the building, had to call their on-call number to get the door code. Would have been nice of them to send this info beforehand via message. Room was a little bit small, but survivable.

The location was very convenient, ~350 m from the bus station, easy to get to it on foot. Also about 350m from a brand new swimming pool - joy to children and adults. The old Rauma - Unesco heritage site - reachable on foot. Nice place, nice staff. Good breakfast, a good range of things to choose from, it was very convenient as we stayed with children.

We liked everything: location at the centre is perfect, short walk to the nearest fancy Vanha Kellari restaurant, free parking with no rush, the hotel room is beautifully decorated, the beds are wide and perfect for a good night's sleep, extra pillows - fine! Everything is close, but still easily available. Accommodation and breakfast are like being at home but well served by a nice and cheerful lady.

I couldn't find anything to improve

The sauna facilities and self service aspect in this accommodation is great. Also the location of this hotel is rather centric and there is a lot of things to do and see around this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was a nice change compared to your normal standard hotel breakfast.

The room was not cleaned properly when I went in there. There were some stains on the arm chair, table and in the remote.

Small and cozy. Very good location.

The car charger in the parking place didi not work. The Virta application didi not find the station. Maybe it could have been working if I would have had the a registered Virta tag and card. But I was then charging couple hundreds away in a public parking place (Virta operated that too).

The location was very close to everything. Communication with Julia was excellent. Julia was wonderful-very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our dinners at The Kellari restaurant (just a couple blocks from the hotel) -it was a bunker during WWII.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable room with everything one needs. Rauma old city right next to the hotel. Restaurant "Wanhan Rauman Kellari" within less than 200 m (good food and drinks, helpful personnel).

Only one place to charge electric car

Friendly service and great breakfast. A big plus for the sauna that they turned on for us late in the evening after arrival.

Couldn't get the EV charging station to work in the parking lot.

Considering the size of the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Everything was tasty and fresh.

The pillows were quite small and soft. At least one of them could have been bigger. The room itself was nice and clean, but in the bathroom you could smell that the toilet had not been cleaned properly. When in shower, the water was spreading also to the other part of the bathroom. One of the towels was missing (my friend had three, in my room there was only two).

Breakfast was very good. Julia at the front desk was wonderful in helping us with many different things. The hotel common areas and rooms were clean.
