Everything still very new. We had our double room in house B (in the back), super comfy beds, lots of space and very nice bathroom. Super nice design in the room. Perfect location for skiing, right next to the slopes. Ski rental and shop with ticket office downstairs in the hotel, very good italian restaurant in house C (next to the slope). Breakfast and sauna is in the "old" hotel pyhätunturi next door.

Walls are quite thin, we could hear people in the room above us walking around and flushing the toilet. Luckily everyone was quite after 10pm at night, so we had no problem sleeping. Price a bit high, but you pay for the excellent location. Breakfast buffet good but nothing special.

This was a perfect setting and location for a ski trip! Location of the room is perfect to access the slopes (literally right behind the building), and ski rental in the basement. The room itself was new and clean and the breakfast at Camp was good with an amazing view. Staff is helpful and welcoming across the whole resort. A cherry on top was the beautiful aurora we got to see, there are several great viewing spots within a 5min walk.

We stayed in the penthouse! It was spacious and felt luxurious. We used our private jacuzzi and Sauna daily. We were lucky enough to have some amazing views of the snow fields. Beds were comfy and clean and tidy rooms. we were a family of 7 so there was more than enough room for us all. I wish we had stayed longer

Only thing I can think of that was frustrating was we couldn’t turn the balcony’s external lights off.

Location was perfect!

The only thing we didn't like is that you have to wash your cups and glasses before leaving, there's no dish soap or sponge to wash them. Also you have yo take the bins out before leaving, if you don't do it they'll charge you extra cleaning charges. It's weird to have to clean this if you are paying a hotel to relax.

The apartment was very clean in a an amazing location. Great if you are going for a ski holiday. Restaurants options available and not a busy resort. We loved it!

Just something extra by the entrance like a mat or something as it gets quite wet inside because of the shoes. The apartment is rather small but it was ok for our stay.

The location was excellent! Felt pretty rural but everything you need is close by. The studio was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable beds. We also ate in the restaurant and it was amazing, 10/10.

Only slight downfall was the studio is very warm, unable to turn the temperature down. Most staff were nice enough, a couple could maybe be more helpful but all in all a fab place to stay

Recently built hotel located half way up the slopes. Ski rental place was in the basement. Restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop was right outside the door

Lack of privacy in the bathroom. Fine for couples but otherwise it would be an issue

Amazing location 😀 we had a family room which was perfect for us and we were able to cook our own meals. Beds and pillows are super comfortable too.

Staff aren’t overly friendly and customer service is not huge we have found in Finland compared to Australia.

Close to sightseeing the starting of national park and nature paths. Bus to pyhätunturi stops right in front of the hotel. The room is equipped with needed equipments. A good place to watch aurora borealis

Nothing just that Wifi connection might be a bit unstable at certain hour.
