All staff was very friendly. Free (video guarded) parking. Everything is fine with the hotel. The food (dinner) in the restaurant was very good. The location is very central.

Everything was fine for us though somebody less mobile might have some difficulties climbing into the bathtub, which is also where the shower is located. The breakfast offer is OK, but perhaps slightly less varied than in other hotels in a similar price category. The location in the urban environment is not particularly attractive.

A slightly fancy city hotel (on the inside), maybe pushing to a higher standard - so everything was fine, slightly luxurious, well done, friendly, clean ... except that all told, in the end it has just the flair of what it is, a city hotel. But the location right in the center allows great walks along the impressive pulp factory (always worth seeing), along the lakeshores and down the streets. There is parking right across the street. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly. My room was pretty large.

The only slight quarrel I have is that I think for what it is, it was - at least in my case - a bit on the pricey side. A little less and it would have been perfect.

The property had a relaxed, homely feel about it. The gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful, especially in helping us to find a parking spot as the hotel parking was full. The breakfast choice was very good. Lots of cereals and good healthy options.

The room was a bit too cold but the receptionist did find us an extra quilt, which was helpful. The car park belonging to the hotel isn't too good when parking a large van. Lots of pot holes and quite dangerous when parking a vehicle with a heavy load on ice.

restaurant was nice, thought a bit pricey. electric car charging in front of hotel was superb! Breakfast was overall good but can be much better with few suggestions below.

Can have more fresh fruit already cut. some small sweet with coffee. lack of fish for breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate

A small fridge in room would be good. Shower was not accessible easily for elderly customers. Too hard to get in and out of bath tub.

staf reception lady was very plesure.

batroom can be more clean water on the ground not the first thing what you expecting when go to this place without shoes

Breakfast was good. Size of room was fine, we payed 10eur extra for it (wit air-con).

Curtains were not 100% light proof, sun rises 4 am so that is quite important.

Great breakfast, the facility provide free bicycle to visit around town for the summer!

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room (suite) which had super comfortable bed. Excellent a la carte in the downstairs restaurant, and good breakfast although wife said she’d wished for more variety in breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 10 rating was the traffic (loud mopeds) noise that woke me up a few times during the night. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it’s something that’s probably good to take into account for other visitors.
