The location is absolutely beautiful. The view from the patio and dining room exceptionally so. We checked in and were offered a room on a floor accessible only by stairs. I had not requested any consideration for mobility issues in advance, but when I advised the check in staff member of my husband's mobility issues, she immediately arranged to provide us a room on the ground floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with all kinds of options. Dinner was excellent as well. The staff were, without exception, attentive and helpful.

Well, the pool was a little chilly for our liking and we cut our swim short because of that. But that's such a minor issue.

As you enter by car, there is a feeling of tranquillity and privacy. At reception, we were greeted with sparkling wine and a non-alcoholic version for my daughter. Our room was very comfortable, beds were lovely, and there was a walk-in closet, so our things didn't cramp the space. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, bread made that morning, and American pancakes. The view was spectacular and if it hadn't been raining, there would have been lots of activities to do just at the hotel.

The panorama sauna was closed. It was one of the main things that attracted us to this particular hotel, and after a long drive and rainy weather, it was disappointing that the website and booking.com didn't mention that the sauna was closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Pool and mixed sauna (spa) not open. Building work happening which we were not informed about prior to arrival. Very disappointed with this.

Good location if you are coming to ski at Vuokatti slopes. The room was good size, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. The breakfast was good and had some variety.

Gym had good facilities, but during three days of stay this was not serviced (the dirty towels were not removed, paper towels were not refilled). Also the running treadmill was out of order.

We stayed in a room with a sauna which was great. The room was quite large with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice view over the nearby lake. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything in the Suit they upgraded us. Superb view from the balcony. Breakfast is plenty and excellent. Staff very efficient eager to assist. That's the proper way to gain customers.
