I liked the proximity to shopping and Beaches.

Breakfast was disappointing , Scrambled eggs are not hard to make but everyday they missed it up . One day the fruit salad was bad and they removed it from the. Buffet. We stayed there 3 nights and had to go out and have a proper breakfast. The other thing that I dislike about ibis is their towels , they need to invest a little in getting proper towels when they charge close to 500.00 per night's, even motels have better towels that ibis over all.

1. Food. Not only they serve great breakfast, but also excelente dinner. They provide a variety of foods and the tastes are really great 2. Staff. All the staff, I mean all, are friendly and keen to help, even though some of which do not speak English still they will try their best to help 3. Location. There's a supermarket right cross the hotel and it takes only 5min to the beach, and there's a nice vegeterian restaurant nearby.

Well the room was really neat. Nothing to complain.

The fact to pay for the garage when I booked it was included, although they said it wasn't. What could I do . I was already there.so I had to pay per day about $8.00(R$40). Also the room service no good.they have a sandwich (cold) only so we decided no to get it from the hotel.

The location is central and the wifi is very good for those interested to work a little. The tourist spots are nearby too. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful and courteous. The service is outstanding as we had a personal request and they helped us on that too!

I guess it is Ibis Budget but still they could be more creative with the room space they have got and give a couple of storage places in the room. Size is definitely not good for a family atleast the one that we stayed in.

I am extending my stay again. I felt safe, welcoming and the property offers comfort. good size room, bathroom and internet is fast which is important for me.

Simple and practical room. Staff well trained. Basic but good.

It’s very difficult to contact the hotel, as well as the reservations staff, over the phone. There isn’t good communication between front desk and reservations. Need to improve. Towels are quite old. Date back to 2017 - 2018
