Mgmt here runs a great hotel. What seamed like an average place to stay was so far from reality. We just kept needing things. And at every turn mgmt was so incredibly promo to help at every request. It was truly amazing. I will always stay here when visiting Stettler.

Incredible help and service.

Breakfast was good. It was a typical home meal but having it cooked for us was a nice change.

The cinnamon roll pastry was bland. The Apple juice, thought it would at least taste more authentic. The colour was even off and looked like it was blended with another juice.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. Lots of variety. The waffles are excellent with the choice of toppings.

Checked in on line but when I arrived i had to stand at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for a key. Only one person on duty.

Location, comfortable beds and quiet. Pleasant staff.

At breakfast, we had to ask for napkins and there was very little eggs and bacon left. Seemed to be short staffed.

The location was perfect for us and convenient. The breakfast was on par with other Wyndham locations and is always appreciated. Kids loved the pool and water slide!

Breakfast was delicious (seriously), staff were excellent. Very busy night/day and the staff handled it well! Good job everyone

Kitchenette counter was awesome, but I'd like to see some plate, utensils, dish cloths in room.

We were upgraded to a triple bed room, the front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool and the location was great!

Great set up all the accommodations where within reach, hot tub was great, king suite was set up pretty nice.

Probably just the minimal channels on the T.V. Which has very basic cable. But that wasn’t what we where here for anyways.

love the breakfast, best I ever had from a hotel

i know this hotel is meant for family’s/kids. but i wish there was an hour just for the adults in the hot tub. i tried to go at 9pm on Friday and 9pm on Saturday, and there was like 50 kids running around screaming. and I did not get to enjoy my hot tub time

Location is great but see comments below bout breakfast.

I am sorry, but the breakfast was not good. The eggs were not great tasting, there were people trying to make waffles and the batter was sticking and it was a mess. A suggestion would be - premade waffles that you can pop in the toaster - and have more than one toaster. We did not participate in the breakfast after the first morning.
