It's basically a good place for a rest stop. It's clean and conveniently located if you need to go to Whitecourt, has plenty of restaurants nearby including one on site if you need a meal or a drink to relax and the in-room features are just what anyone needs without anything fancy. Water pressure in the showers are fine. I've stayed there 3-4 times in the last few months.

This has nothing to do with the motel but more about the nature of the majority of the clientele. Since Whitecourt is a spot that houses a lot of out of town oil workers, a lot of them live for weeks or months at a time at the motel. It also means that a lot of them start their day really early, so you can hear trucks start up and people getting ready to work as early as 5am. If you're hoping to sleep in, this may not be a good choice if you're a light sleeper.

The room was very clean and I slept very well on the bed. I recommend staying here if you don't require a fancy place to stay. Had a mini fridge that worked to freeze my ice packs. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The owner was very nice and took time to talk.

It was very good for the price. I am sure many people would complain that it is outdated, but that did not bother me. I had a great sleep and appreciated the cleanliness.

The staff were nice, very friendly and accommodating

No shampoo or boast wash was provided. The coffee maker together with the cups and coffee packets are placed on top of the microwave which is a small area, dangerous when you have small kids staying in the room.

Very clean, quiet motel with fantastic rates. The bed was excellent and the TV big and new. The room decor was dated but clean and in good shape, I felt like I got very good value for my money, plus I really hate it when the rooms are "modern" and they have a tiny, low quality tv. I'll take the new electronics and great bed over flashy furnishings any day. Most importantly, the room was quiet, I slept like a log and woke up rested the next morning, that was priceless. I highly recommend this place oh, and the lady at reception was fantastic, friendly, competent and knowledgeable about the town.

My traveling partner and I really liked that this business is very affordable and had a reputable restaurant right on site as well as you had a liquor sales right on site lol but most of all we really like and appreciate the help that the front desk lady named Brenda gave us we were traveling up north to work in Camp Passport St John our Cold Shot screwed us around on travel times and once we got to the hotel after talking with front desk she met all of our needs was very very friendly and helpful and we told her that we will probably pick this Motel to stay at every time we have to come through compassion friendliness and cleanliness are great assets to have a successful business thank you and we will be seeing you all again

The only thing that I did not like what is the carpet need to be cleaned and bigger pillows would have been awesome 👍😁

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. Staff were courteous and check-in was smooth. I'd definitely stay here again.

The price was the lowest, but the service and thoughtfulness was extremely there. Everything I needed and quick and easy access. Loved the outside access right out my door, heater was great and water was hot!

When I checked in, the staff was amazing. And when I checked out, the staff was amazing. The room/bathroom were clean, the linens were clean and the towels were clean too. It's a bit dated, BUT well worth the money spent. There is a restaurant right next door, which was super convenient. I will most definitely stay here again and would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.
