My apologies, but I'm running out of positive adjectives for this property, where I'm staying quite frequently on my travels between my Maritime area home and the customer-base in Ontario and Quebec. This fine property is located right off the Trans-Canada highway, yet its traffic is practically not audible. For those who prefer furthering their addiction to Tim Horton's coffee, there is shop across the street....but for me, the in-room Keurig coffee machine does its job perfectly well.

....all good, no complaints! One thing, though, I would encourage Best Western's exec-management to consider is an option of "paid, secured Internet", for their customers who value the safety of their internet-connected devices, especially so since the free ISP disallows using one's own VPN (because that includes ad-blockers), and to top it off, Google will now block any internet-connection with expired Security Certificates, i.e. one cannot, at times, connect to the "free" internet. (when this happens, I use my Bell-Mobility Hub-stick, but would rather simply pay the Hotel, say C$5.00/nite for the benefit of getting a password, like many other boutique hotel-chains offer these days!

Location was good. Room was clean and good shower

The poor girl left to waiter alone for dinner she ran off her feet. Felt bad for her. Also the quality of food wasn't great. You could see from the kitchen everything was microwaved and my son and I has a chicken wrap, the chicken was as tough as old boots. He even got his replaced but wasn't much better. She did advise that they were frozen.. The girl did ask if he wanted to try something else or even take a muffin away, so at least she was trying her best to resolve the situation. Pool was not heated.

I stay at this BW+ in Grand Falls/NB quite frequently on my bi-monthly trips from my HomeOffice in PEI to Ontario, and - on the whole - I like the place. The location right off the Trans-Canada highway -but without the usual highway noise - is ideal. Although the facility has no "in-house" restaurant to speak of (just a glorified bar with lots of greasy finger-foods), there are restaurants in the town of Grand Falls across the bridge, many of which offer deliveries. So, grosso modo, I still like the to stop for the night there.

It's all good....no complaints!

Everyone was polite and kind.

Over $400 cad per night and has NO breakfast and it would have been nice to have bottlesof water inthe room. This should be included.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom in particular was immaculate. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Grand Falls.

the only thing I would comment on, there is no fan in the bathroom so after shower it's a bit humid. Not terrible though. I would have preferred more of a varied menu in the dining area, mostly finger fried foods. It was very good however.

It was clean and well-located. The staff are really the best this hotel has, every person, from the cleaning lady to the receptionist, to the breakfast lady, everyone is super nice.

Best Western is the best you can get around towns like that but they are not high-end hotels so, yes, it is the best you can get around there but it´s also quite generic, not really attractive in an original way.

The breakfast was not a buffet due to renovations. It was a bag to go but good. The beds were comfortable.

The room was a little cramped. The pillow for my head was too poofy for my preference. It bothered my neck a bit. I like a flatter pillow for my head but that's just me.

The motel was clean, up to date and room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I felt for the price that the breakfast could have been included. The breakfast was a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and coffee for $8 each person.

Everything was new and clean, very clean, I havnt stayed at such a week kept hotel in ages. I was driving across the country and this was my last stop before home, i almost wish i had to stay two nights

only thing i didnt like was that not all hotels are this clean. my expectations will be higher at future hotels and im sure others with not be up to the standards this hotel was
