Everything about this place was good, other than the tub and curtain. Don't expect to take a relaxing bath after a long drive it's not a lay back type style, but everything else about the place made up for it. Pool is under construction. If anyone needed to know this.

The curtains! Only complaint. The light from the building across the parking lot, lit the room up all night. I've stayed in 10 hotels in the past 4 months across Canada and have to say this is the BEST place to stay. I've been dissatisfied with all my stays until I stayed here!!! Comfy, friendly, and great breakfast options. Staff on the ball with hot breakfast even came out and apologized about how fast the eggs went and that she was making more, made conversation with the clients. Was a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere, where the staff are engaged and personable

The staff member greeted you as you came through the door and it was nice to see a happy face and very professional desk clerk waiting on us. The hotel, was very clean, the morning breakfast was excellent, that lovely lady, was very kind and caring, came to us to ask if everything was OK, wished us a very nice day. I would recommend this hotel two thumbs up, and I would stay there again for sure.

Nice room, convenient to the Highway

They charged us a security deposit on our credit card which is fine. However we are still (4 weeks later) waiting for the release of that charge. We left the room in exactly the same condition as when we arrived I.e. no damage or anything u toward at all. We have put in a dispute with our credit card company. Very disappointed!

The powerful shower pressure was a nice surprise. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The omelets and banana bread at breakfast were delicious. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The only negative was the dirty appearance of hallway carpet however, I understand they can't control how some guests may be less than considerate with muddy boots/shoes and soil common areas.

Modern hotel with clean appearance. Had a Queen Room which was spacious and comfortable. Good powerful shower. Breakfast was good with proper plates and cutlery (instead of the plastic or wooden ones provided at most of the hotels I stayed in). Plenty of parking spaces.

Newly renovated rooms are quite lovely. I had a good sleep in decent bedding and a shower with strong water pressure. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast options quite good. For a budget hotel this is a great choice.

The room was very nice and clean.

Only had coffee, I did not care for it. It was a chemically tasting coffee. I have had this similar tasting coffee from some other hotels and did not care for it. There are renos going on in there, but there is a sign in lobby that lets you know that.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint was that the toilet was low to get up and down especially after knee surgery.

Location was great, room was clean and beds comfortable. Dove soaps and toiletries were stocked, microwave and mini fridge in cabinet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. Newer looking hotel parking in front of our window was great

Shower was a bit weak, and it was a bit pricey for one night. Not much negative to say!

The room was freshly renovated and very clean ! The stand alone shower was awesome! The breakfast was great and the guy taking care of it was very nice!
