The room looked recently renovated, comfy bed and crisp bedding. Spacious room. There's some wonderful x-country skiing to do near the hotel at the Centre Plein-Air de Mont Laurier

the breakfast was ok, I guess if it were less busy the size of the breakfast bar was good, but it was difficult getting around the other guests. The toilet could probably use some maintenance as it ran all night, we had to play in the tank to get the plug to stop

excellent location for snowmobiling, lots of room for parking trailers. good breakfast, friendly staff

we could hear the people next door thru the communicating door, not well soundproofed. Also felt the couch in our room could use an update

perfectly situated on route to North (Seneterre). clean facilities lots of parking space and value/cost was appropriate.

The front entrance seems to need a bit of work. your receptionist was excellent and made the whole lack of door working a big laugh for all so it was okay. We did not have kids with us but if we had, after a very very long drive (I’m from Ontario near Oshawa), the last thing I would think is funny is having my kids stand outside in the colder weather temps while the hotel fixes their front entrance door. Not an issue for me, but likely for others!

Excellent location for an overnight stay. Handy to restaurants and other facilities. We had stayed here before and enjoyed it, so we returned.

Good location to town. Workout room, pool, were clean.

Why did we have a huge refrigerator but no microwave?

Wonderful Family hôtel with great breakfast and a nice pool.

I was bummed to have forgotten a library book at the hôtel. When I asked if they could ship to me (and I would pay them), they said I have to call UPS and do it myself, which would cost 120$ instead of them sending it for 15 dollars.

They had an AMAZING breakfast, we were very impressed The coffee/latte machine was a huge hit!

We enjoyed our stay, nothing we didn't like

The carpets are dirty in the corridors. The Coffee Machine was not working in room 217

It was ok, but not enough bacon, and food prepared ahead of time for the rush time Done microwave???

well located, extremely clean, excellent breakfast. room was spotless and modern with hard floors, no carpets. bed very comfortable. staff was very friendly and accommodating
