I loved the Restaurant , I loved the beds. The whole place was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.

The almost forceful entry of the housekeeping staff in the morning. I had the security device lock engaged on the door and the poor young lady could not close the door properly and kept trying to close it , waking me from the few hours of sleep i had from studying in to the late hours . Not her fault, but I suggest to inspect the locking device on room 106

Location was very good because it was close to where I was working. I could walk to work. For my partner it was good because the area felt safe and she could have very pleasant walks by the lake or into the downtown. The food in the evening in the restaurant was excellent.

The restaurant is large and very popular. It would be better if there were extra staff so they could be more attentive to the diners.

It’s my second time to stop by this town and chosen this hotel again. Just one things I doesn’t like, during the first time we were here the front desk gave us a breakfast ticket and said that breakfast was included in the room fee. In fact, breakfast is not free, I checked my credit card and charged a part of the extra charge, I think this is the breakfast charge in addition to my normal room fee plus two pets. When I arrived the second time, the front desk did not give me a breakfast voucher, and I also repeatedly confirmed that the service provided by the hotel on the App did not include breakfast. But the breakfast at the hotel was still very good.

I wanted information, I called the provided number, person on the phone had no information and was of no help at all. They didn't even seem to know what venues they own because I had to repeat the address multiple times and they got it wrong every time. Given the nature of your rents and the fact that everything is done online, your phone support should be exceptional rather than lacking.

the noise in the area is nonstop. the fonderie Horne is at 800 m and is noise. I.m very sensitive to the noise and was very difficult to fall aslep. but the bed was really comfortable.

Location was easy to fine, my cousin and I enjoyed our stay and if we go again your way we will probably reserve a room again

The parking situation was horrible thebres pillows on the beds were outdated

The property is centrally located and in a charming location. lots of cute restaurants and buildings nearby

nothing, this place was great! The taxi I ordered for 4:15am in the morning showed up at 4:10am-everything was seamless.

I love this hotel, it's my home away from home in Rouyn. Staff is always incredible and easy to approach. Hotel is the best location in town - EVER - if you happen to be in town for the FME or, really, for any other event. It literally feel like a second home. Can't wait to visit again.

I wish I could visit Rouyn (and stay at this hotel) more often.
