The staff were helpful. Hotel was clean. Food was good. I needed a Gluten Free To-Go option. A fruit salad bowl vs cup for a meal would have been a more sustaining breakfast. Thank you for the extra freezer space for dietary needs coolers. We would stay again.

I may have misunderstood. I thought we had reserved a King size bed. We had a Queen. It may have been my mistake.

Breakfast was wonderful and accommodated my gluten-free, dairy-free diet!

We were having iPhone charging issues; wifi was not available at check—in…apparently the hotel was too busy and there is a city-wide issue…but so inconvenient as we relied on hotel wifi as backup.

Breakfast was beyond expectation, Service desk and Servers were always welcoming and excellent in their care. I wear hearing aids and ss soon as i asked if the music could be lowered a bit, it was done right away. Supper the night before was realy good.

Not that i 'didn't like, the parking was the only tough thing but we did manage to get a spot.

Friendly staff. They let me park my motorcycle under cover out front. No obligation on their part but they granted my request without hesitation. Restaurant and bar are great. Located close to the hey if your passing through.

Great room, clean, bed was comfy, air quality in the room was excellent. The walls were nice and thick so I couldn’t hear anyone else in their room.

Sink needs a drain snake, replacing the older shower heads with new ones would make the bathroom a 10/10 for me. Bathtub faucet has a really loud squealing noise when using the shower as well.

quiet and clean appreciate that they supply the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in big bottles in shower/tub and a hairdryer. Like the desk and sofa and more area in a King room.

On our way through, breakfast was a breakfast sandwich as they had been prepared for guests because the kitchen was out of service as they had had a little fire there. We stayed coming back 5 days later and the kitchen was up and running again and the breakfast was very good and offered in the restaurant. Excellent staff at this place at the front desk and in the restaurant
