We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were great. The location was perfect! We were there for a dance competition at the Dekker Centre which, even though we still drove to and from, was within walking distance of the hotel. We were also right by the Western Development Museum, the Aquatic Centre, and many different shopping options and restaurants. Our entire family loved the arcade within the hotel with lots of options including; air hockey, ping pong, foosball, PacMan, racing, and billiards! The breakfast options were also satisfactory. The hotel was very clean including the lobby, breakfast area, gym, halls, elevators, and rooms. We regularly saw staff cleaning and it always smelled fresh. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom clean.

The only thing we wish would have been better (like any other hotel, to be fair) is that although the curtains were black out, the light still creeped in the edges and middle. It wasn't horrible but definitely noticeable. Between lights outside at night and sunlight in the morning, the room was lighter than we would have hoped for. The shower head was also not our favourite. It was mounted and fixed directly above you and it was hard for me to keep my hair from staying dry when I didn't want to wash it. My kids weren't fans of it at all, my son avoiding it altogether.

Bathroom was clean and well organized. The night light in the washroom was a nice touch. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is well located.

The initial smell in the lobby was not pleasant. The air conditioning system in the room was loud even on the lower fan setting. The breakfast did not offer alternatives for individuals with dietary restrictions.

We liked the hotel. It was clean and very up to date. The walkin shower was excellent.

We were in town for one night and read the reviews on how great their breakfasts were. We were very disappointed that they did not supply the breakfast. They also did not tell us that until we had already paid. Most disappointed. Had to venture out and find breakfast. Not at all happy .

The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower is huge and there's plenty of space around the sink for your toiletries. The breakfast was better than the average North American "breakfast included" offering.

I think the room rate (approx. $210 all in) was on the steep side.

Breakfast was great. Pancake maker was interesting. Lots of choices. Good security for who was eligable to have a meal. They used a coupon to regulate users of the breakfast facility. We really liked the bathroom faucet. Very unique.

I found the bedspread was too short for me. I an 6' 1" so only the bedsheet could cover my shoulders. I like to be covered by both bed coverings.

We've stayed in North Battleford a couple of times on our way to visit family. In our opinion, Comfort Inn offers the best value for money. It's a very comfortable stay. However, we were really disappointed by the use of disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. In 2024, the hotel should really be striving for a more sustainable and environment-friendly option.

The buffet breakfast was really good and timing allowed for an early start to the day. Room met our needs and the location was great. The place is relatively new and the cleanliness of the place was noted. Would stay there again.

I did not like the little pillows on my bed. I would have preferred standard size.

Great beds, well appointed room, very friendly staff.

It was noisy from highway traffic and the drive throughs next door, but that can’t be helped. Since on the other hand it’s convenient to walk to nearby restaurants, I really can’t complain.

Everything about it. The king size bed and the space to move around the room!

The only complaint was the heavy door to our room (which I appreciate because it sound proofs the room, muting hallway noises), but this is a problem I encounter at most places. Able bodied people do not realize what a trial it is to open and keep open especially when the door will not stay open. If you are on a scooter, it is hard to do: I had to shove my cane in the doorway to keep the door from shutting on me. Dangerous, always have to make sure I am clear from the door jam, especially my fingers. It wound be great if they (owners?) had a built in door stop to keep the door from swinging shut.

I loved the bed. so comfy. the hotel is decent for that of a small town and really clean. Supermarkets, restaurants and many facilities are at a walking distance.

They can work more on the coffee at the breakfast.
