Bed was the best ever very comfortable, pillows excellent with a variety of types to choose from, I get a sore neck so this was very important to me. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Location close to shopping. only complaints was the shower either didn't work or we couldn't find anything on or under the tap to turn it on and bathroom could have used some repairs to torn wallpaper and caulking around the tub but we understood pet friendly rooms were probably older rooms. My husband didn't like the bagged eggs (scrambled looking) suggest to use fresh eggs. The rest of the breakfast was good. But we would stay there again because the beds are fantastic and the pillows and it was very quiet. My husband said he had the best sleep ever.

Short tub and shower not working. We have soaker tubs at home so I like a deeper tub.

Our favourite hotel in the whole city!!! The rooms are always clean, never have to worry about where you’re laying your head. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is the only reason I woke up early while in NB. I Love the big king bedroom suites and the two king bedrooms too!! Couldn’t recommend enough. So much space and very reasonable prices for all you get.

It was full march 15th and we had to try out the Comfort Inn and woke up to bed bug bites. I will always book far in advance now, worst experience trying something new. Never was disappointed in the holiday inn, only when it was fully booked. I understand why though, they are great!!!

The breakfast was filling and satisfying. Ambiance and decor were modern and clean. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The computer keyboard on the business centre computer was not functioning properly. I donated my used keyboard to the hotel.

Very large comfy king size beds , the room was a good size too , very quiet, it was lovely being on the 4th floor

I didn’t like the breakfast , the bacon and sausage was undercooked , no eggs , and they seriously need a new toaster

Passing thru from Wpg. Cleanliness was impeccable. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was above expectations for a continental. And it was nice to be able to watch the Calgary Stampede on TV!

Breakfast was great, as is expected from Holiday Inn Express as one thing about them is that they are fairly consistent between locations and you know what to expect. Also a number of restaurants within a five minute walk.

One side of the hotel is right next to a fairly busy road with some noise, not a lot of noise but a fair amount.

Excellent breakfast. Super clean. Super helpful and pleasant staff. They had lots of people working-weren’t short staffed.

More comfortable easy chair in the room to watch tv.

The facilty had easy access, lots of close parking, we had 2 dogs and they were well accomodated. We had a side exit with grass where they could do their business, picked up of course. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection. Liked this property.

We had come back from our travels and stayed a second night, we asked for the same room we had before, it was notr available but they gave us a room in close proximity. It was a disability access room. The sliding door on the bathroom had a handle that when closing if you did not watch out, it pinched your fingers to the wall, OUCH! did it twice. Also the door did not stay closed..Other than that the room was very good the room the night before was excellent. Perhaps a stronger coffee in the breakfast area lol.

It was clean and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We will absolutely stay there again.

Price is way too high, bend wall light, missed toilet holder holes or was torn off and not properly filled, bath pressure took a long time to filled for a bath, towels had stains.
