What we liked was how the management tried to accommodate us when we ran into some hiccups. As for the hiccups I would have to say some staff are not truly doing their job making the experience a bit uncomfortable, like I said some staff. This is unfortunate for the management and property because this is a beautiful hotel and I would like come stay again but NOT on the main floor.

Our stay in the beginning was....wet and cold. First rm was my bad, I didn't realize I have booked a wheelchair accessible room so having a shower was a bit moist to say the least 😅 We were then moved across the hall, all on the main floor, the room thermostat was reading 13° degrees Celsius so it was very cold upon entering but maintenance was ON it! Brought us a heater and did what was needed to get the room warm, thanks maintenance. As for housekeeping for those main floor rooms? Not good...both room had no carpet and we're in need of a good mopping. One instance I asked the housekeeper to mop the floor and she agreed only not to come back and deliver. Other than some issues with front staff and booing this place is awesome.

This was a newer property so everything was in good repair. The rooms were spacious….lots of “elbow room” and nicely decorated. We went down to the bar in the evening for a nice glass of wine and enjoyed a couple of share plates that were well prepared.

The hotel was set back and the signage was poor off the highway. We actually missed it on the first drive by and had to back track. We were surprised to see a large number of very young children in the pool facilities with absolutely no adult (or even older children) supervision. I would have expected the hotel to have signs posted making it a requirement NOT to leave them unsupervised if the parents don’t have the sense to do that themselves. As a result there were a number of incidents where young, very wet, youngsters were wandering around the breakfast room calling out for mommy and crying when they couldn’t find them. It was a little distressing.

The location was very good for drivers. It was easy to find and accessible from the highway. Thanks to the facilities such as restaurant, gym and pool, I didn't have to go out to eat dinner :) The room was so clean and cozy. And I love the sockets on the bedside tables. A lot of hotels don't have sockets near the bed but this hotel has a lot :)

There was no shelf(for soap things) in the bathroom shower so I had to put the soap and shampoo on the shower floor when I showered. And the toilet water pressure was weak, so I had to flush twice everytime;;

Things were new or refurbished. It was quiet. Nice people.

Small bathroom. Floor was always sticky outside elevator. Needs better signage for elevator, Always a traffic jam at elevator and cleaning crew.

Had a great stay. Very large room, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, good bathroom and large shower. Breakfast was very good for the "free continental" variety (usually hotels that offer this, its near inedible). Juices were not watered down, choice of milk/chocolate milk, nice pastries, pancakes, eggs, hash browns and delicious bacon.

There was a bit of noise, what I first thought sounded like a motorbike speeding by at a distance, however, it kept happening at regular intervals the entire night. I guess maybe it was the elevator or some hotel machinery? Also, the TV turned itself on during the night, and then when I went to look for a show to put on (since I was awake) it seems to have lost its cable connection and nothing was available. I did not bring either item to the attention of staff as it really didn't impact my stay at all. You may wish to request a room farthest from the elevator if you are a light sleeper (assuming this the noise I hear all night)

This was my second stay here. Absolutely amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

Could use better water pressure and could hear every movement outside and above our room.

The beds were comfortable and rooms are big

The pool had way too much chlorine, and it was making the kids sick. Coughing so much they were sick to their stomachs, and burning their eyes. The bathroom in the rooms are starting to get moldy around the floor of the shower tiles.

The room was so big and nice, also the continental breakfast was awesome!

There was nothing that I didnt like about this location and stay

Breakfast was much better than the average hotel. Love the pancake maker. The reception staff were always very helpful, and particularly so when I had to contact my car rental company.

Not much really. We had a very good short break here.

The room was huge which was perfect to have as a comfortable meeting point for other family members to socialize.

The pool was a little small and seemed slightly dirty. There were lots of kids staying there for a dance competition though so I imagine that had something to do with it
