This hotel chain is truly dog friendly which is nice - there's an extra fee of course which is steep if you're only staying one night like we were but otherwise there's no sense of being anything other than a regular guest when you bring a dog. That said, this location didn't have much green space around at all for even quick walks but it's workable for a quick trip. Room was spacious and clean. Also the included breakfast is so nice!! The fact that it's free makes it feel like you're not being nickel & dimed for all the extras like some other chains do.

In this case, a bit more space for walking a dog but this is a small thing and also having a different smaller fee for a short stay would have been nice.

The location is excellent. You can park your car for free and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants. We like that the rooms are suites with complete kitchens that have full size refrigerators, a dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, dinnerware and pots. Great coffee, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, almond milk for breakfast.

Thermostat was set too high, and we had trouble getting the room to be cooler. The eggs were awful - not hot enough and tasted artificial - tasted like powder mixed with water. The rest of the breakfast was very good!

Spacious room, big bed, nice gym and pool. Fully equipped room. Feels more like a 4 stars. The breakfast choices are good, is just a shame that is served in plastic cuttlery and not taken care of.

Breakfast experience is bad: the room could do with a bit of music and someone making you feel welcome. The plastic cuttlery needs to go. But apart from that the choice is good. Also the cleaning every other day I found it weird.

I like everything except the kitchen. Toaster old and rusty and hardly worked. Kitchen pots and pans pretty gross. Utensils old and gross. Refrigerator good, stove good, plates etc good. But anything to use for cooking old and discusting. Linens. Old and worn. A very very good place, but our room needed attention.

Convenient location. Basketball court for kids. Indoor pool. Exercise room. Free breakfast and free parking. Great kitchen in room with full size refrigerator, stove, dishes, and dishwasher. Near lots of stores and restaurants.

The mattresses on our beds were too soft and that hurt our backs. Also, we wanted a room next to or near our daughter's room, and although I called the hotel about it frequently, they could not give me a definitive answer until the day we were set to arrive. We did have rooms near each other, so they did accommodate our request, but I felt that they should have been able to do that in advance and we should not have had to wait until the day of arrival to find out.

It was very clean! sheets and towels smelled freshly cleaned and kitchen was clean. Room was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast area was really clean, and spacious. Property is really modern, comfortable, and quickly accessinle from the highway. Great location! We stayed due to medical treatment at Boston Children Hospital. Location was about 20 min away. Add traffic when travelling.

Appreciated having a full kitchen, spacious room, well lit, nice shower, would definitely stay here again.

Wish there were more gluten-free/dairy-free breakfast options. Appreciated that there was an attempt at gluten free (Udi's bagels individually wrapped), although no dedicated GF toaster or other way to heat them up downstairs.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is good enough and reasonable but not excellent.

We saw huge rats around the hotel eating the hotel's garbage. I think they should be more careful with pest control and garbage disposal.

It’s our second stay in this hotel chain. Homewood Suites is a 4.5 star hotel for a price of a 3 star hotel. We have stayed in 5 stars many times too and know the difference. This time we booked a large one-bedroom suite with full kitchen. Lots of space for the entire family. The hotel offered free breakfast, pool, fitness center, modern room design, very friendly staff, clean rooms. What else can one wish for during a stay?

Stay was nice. Great for people with kids and pets. Spacious, pet friendly.

Breakfast was OK. Some weird issues like, there were never any bowls for cereal. I might also suggest some pancakes/waffles. The room was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should've been before we arrived.
