Renovated, convenient, super nice

“Room Service.” That was disappointing. The pancakes dropped in a cardboard box. No plates. No silverware. Scraping syrup off a piece of cardboard with a plastic fork is not “Room Service.” If it was advertised that you offered a Starbucks To Go/ Delivery service I wouldnt have been thrilled, but I wouldnt have expected “Room Service.” This is a poor look and you should reconsider it.

No breakfast. Partly pricey and limited menu. I'm here 4x a year visiting friends and family for the past 5 years.

The DAMN humidity in the room!!! VERY uncomfortable! It was very humid during my stay. The room was so humid when I returned from my day the bathroom mirror was dripping with moisture. I searched for a vent to close on the A/C but there was no vent. The steamy humidity must have come through the AC. I kept the AC on cool at about 72 or so and I had to leave it that way to keep the deep moisture out and comfortable. HOWEVER, this kept the room TOO COLD at night. You have no idea how humid these rooms get (same thing last summer visit). You need to find a way to close a vent or keep the summer humidity out creeping t the AC. It was very uncomfortable at night too cold but only way to keep the humidity down. Very sticky! Also, please vaccuum rug! No other issues.

Clean & neat room. Plenty of space for one person. Nice amenities in the room. Great area for taking walks. Great staff--friendly, professional, & courteous from the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff to the registration desk staff. Demetrius at the registration desk was especially helpful.

No microwave in the room as I've experienced at other hotels. The microwave in the common area near the ice maker was a bit inconvenient. Was a bit disappointed that two weeks later when I was coming back to Boston for a second trip, the rates were significantly more expensive. This may be a hotel industry thing or a time of year thing, but it seems to me that the rates for the beginning of August and the end of August should not be that different.

We booked a room that included breakfast. The sit-down service and selections were excellent. Food was wonderful and large portions. We were not in a rush so it worked out great. But if we were, it would have been a problem as there was no grab-and-go or fast service option.

I did not like having to pay for parking. It is not an urban location, the parking should be free. A minor point is brewed decaf coffee should be available. Had to wait for it to be brewed.

All of the food we had for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Service was excellent. Location was great, right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Not alot to pick on but complimentary morning coffee in the lobby would be nice. I never use those coffee pots in the room because the coffee tastes terrible. Had to but frim starbucks instead. The one thing that would have made the hotel perfect is a hot tub. However the pool area is beautiful.

Location and breakfast good.

Had difficulty with booking. Had booked thru Booking.com and registrar could not locate booking. We waited in excess of a hour while she called and trued to resolve. Final outcome was they had added my middle initial I. Front of last name which is why she could not locate. After traveling 5 hours waiting to obtain room was very frustrating.

Recent renovations have greatly improved comfort and value here. Room was clean and well appointed. HVAC system was efficient and easy to use. Boston was having a heat wave but the AC worked well. Not too loud either. In the morning some stray showers occurred and a gentleman at the front desk loaned me his personal umbrella so I could walk to my car and stay dry !!! Hospitality exemplified!

Location was very convenient for us. This is our second time and it was consistently good. The room was redone but the window was clouded.so it was hard to look out.

The front desk took 15 minutes to find our reservation; Parking is a bear. The air handler in our room was so very noisy that one of us could not sleep.

Staff at check-in were excellent. Were able to check us in a little bit early so that we could get off to our event Room was very large and spacious.

Need to improve the sound proofing between floors. A lot of the time it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in due to kids jumping around above us.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was also renovated, well-maintained and convenient. Staff were excellent, very warm and helpful. Was there for a conference, and stay was convenient as shuttles were arranged from and to the hotel.

The air conditioning unit in the room was old and loud, and was hard to control - it didn't have an option for having the air going without heating or cooling. Also, it was floor-mounted in front of the window, so would blow straight up at you if you wanted to work from the armchair near the AC, or even move the curtains. Was super happy that they provided a microwave in the common area, but would have been great if the microwave was fully functional (plate wouldn't spin as rotating bit was broken)
