Spotlessly clean. Almost like walking into a never been used before room. The only negative thing I found was , being right on a hilly area of the interstate, there was a bit of road noise through the windows from semi’s ( using their “ Jake brake”), otherwise it was a great stay. ( The young man that checked me in at the front desk was fantastic.. didn’t get his name, sorry).

The room was spacious and for the most part clean. The lighting in the room was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was easy to access from the highway. There were several food options in the area.

The shower door wasn't working properly and the toilet seat was broke. The area by the elevator needs painting and cleaning.

The staff was very child friendly & accessible. Night staff Smiling all the time. The pool kept the kids entertained. When we asked for extra towels they were happy to provide. They also had a double queen with a sofa suit for us.

The breakfast could be changed. Needs more staff in kitchen. That lady was over whelmed.

This hotel had the best shower we have ever had anywhere! Fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. We would stay here again just for the shower!

Craig at the front desk was super helpful and we felt welcomed upon arrival. The room was clean and the staff were so polite. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was very relaxing! Breakfast was phenomenal - so many options and the breakfast crew was fast and efficient.

The carpet on the third floor smelled very strongly of vomit. Not as if it was fresh and somebody just wasn't cleaning it- but as if it was just a really old mess and the carpets might just need a solid deep cleaning. This was only the hallway- did not apply to the actual room.

Size and comfort of the room. The breakfast was pretty good.

A pretty small fitness center. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.Easy location to access right off the interstate . Would highly recommend

The morning clerk said at first I couldn’t get a receipt but after several tries she did get me one
