Lovely waterfall inside entrance. Room decor interesting western style. Sundance Grille execellant service and large (too large) food portions. Hotel Shuttle service to airport is timely. Air conditioning very good.

Use of key card required to get to and use elevators before getting to room. Hotel front desk needs more staff.

The rooms at the Silverton are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean! All of the staff are friendly, very nice, and very helpful. To top it off, the two restaurants I ate at (the Sundance Grill 24-hour restaurant for breakfast and dinner one evening and the WuHu Noodle Asian restaurant for dinner another evening) were both extremely good. It’s a small property that’s away from all the “attractions” of Las Vegas so if you’re into the “Vegas scene”, this is not the place to stay. If you’re looking for a casino and hotel that’s quaint, quiet, clean, and removed from that Vegas scene, this is the place to go and stay.

Nothing - I loved just about everything at the Silverton hotel and casino. I’ll definitely go back to the Silverton Hotel and Casino!

The cabana was great and the staff at the Swimming Hole were the best. Our room was very nice we stay here every year

I have booked this hotel a few time now and even though I call ahead it's been 2 times we've stayed and I have requested an ADA room (my husband is an a wheelchair due to a stroke) They only give me a walk in shower, my husband desperetly needs to hand rails of an ADA batthroom. Without it this means I need to stand there with the down open to support him when he showers.

Recent remodel, in room kuerig, room lighting, thematic decor

You could hear people in rooms next door and across the hallway talking, taking showers etc. people upstairs were heavy footed, I thought they were going to come through the ceiling

The SIiverton is hands down the most underrated hotel/casino in Vegas. I visit Vegas multiple times a year and have stayed in multiple hotels and always end up returning to the Silverton because it's top notch. The slots are loose, the hotel portion smells AMAZING, and the service they provide is great. I don't know if they pump perfume through the system or what but I love the way it smells. It's clean, has large rooms, and feels extremely luxury for such a low price. I highly recommend.

Far from the strip and Freemont but there's free parking so if you drive or rent a car you'll have no issues.

The hotel and casino are clean! The restaurant Mi Casa is outstanding. The bartender Karina makes a wonderful margarita, have one and play video blackjack or poker. The waiter Jordan was perfect. The front desk staff, bellhops, and valet services were also exemplary! The newly renovated room (king lodge) was beautiful, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The swimming pool, aquarium, mermaids, and the bass pro shop added to the experience. Prices for room, food, and cocktails are great. There are so many choices in Las Vegas, but this should be everyone’s first choice. We were just so pleased!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

I liked how everything was clean and up to date. The property was beautiful and the rooms were up to par.

But…. I didn’t like how they didn’t comp us for free breakfast or a meal for spending so much money. We’re from Colorado so we’re pretty familiar with casino hotels given cripple creek. We’ve been comped several times for spending a certain amount of money. Also the front desk gentleman was very rude to my niece as she was asking for a room key because she wa having trouble getting in her room and I was in the shower so she took upon herself and the night audit was very rude about the situation am I had to go down after I was showered in my pj’s. Not something I liked doing.

Everything was great.

This was a last-minute, emergency booking. When we showed up the first night, there were no rooms available, but we got lucky on our second night and I was able to make a booking through Booking.com. It was cheaper than nearby hotels, and offered a lot more! The room was large and comfortable. The casino downstairs was also large, casual, and fun. I signed up for the casino's rewards card and got 50% off my breakfast the next day! The restaurant closest to the hotel room entrance was decently priced and offered quick service. The shop in the casino was also on the cheaper side (ex: $2.50 for a soda instead of the $5+ on the strip!) The pool area was lovely - if I had more time, I would have loved to actually use the heated pool! I saw several people enjoying it. I did get a chance to sit near the fire pit, which was so nice on a chilly evening. They do have a large aquarium where we saw the "mermaids" perform a couple of times during our stay, and we even wandered around the Bass Pro Shop. We didn't use this service, but they do offer a shuttle to the airport (which is only about 10 minutes away). You need to book 24 hours in advance though. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Free self-parking was right next to the casino.

The room was a bit dark, and the TV stopped working properly the following morning. It's off-strip, so there aren't any good views of touristy areas.
