The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times of the day. We felt at home immediately. Breakfast staff were very helpful and greeted us with a smile each morning. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The room was cosy, it soon warmed up with the heating on. At first it seemed like there wasn't enough storage but we used the portable shelves from the bathroom and we managed. Pre arrival communication was great, and reception remembered my requests. The area is great and the transport was very easy to use. The train station was less than 10 minutes walk away.

The lift was scarily small. It would not help any one with mobility issues. There is not enough room for a wheelchair to enter. It was only big enough for 1 person, or two if you were intimate. It took a while to go up and down too when everyone was leaving.

Staff were quiet but very helpful. I was travelling with my elderly parents who couldn't walk far and my two children. Staff let us wait for an hour and a half on our last day until our transport to the airport arrived, we could have coffee and my children could have sweets while we were waiting which made a huge difference and was very much appreciated. Rooms were clean, breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day ahead. Very central too. Around twenty euros for a people carrier Uber to the Arc de Triomphe/shopping district (because my parents were elderly) but they train station was also literally minutes walk away which was really handy. There was a McDonald's and a pizza hut literally two minutes walk away which my children loved too.

I felt a bit rushed by the cleaning staff to get out of our rooms despite the 12 o'clock check out but apart from that everything was great.

When we arrived we were greeted in English by the staff member on duty. He was very kind and helpful , and let us into our room even though we had arrived a little bit early. The room size was small, but my husband, small dog, and myself fit in just fine! The room had been modernized and felt very cool and cozy to be in, not to mention the beautiful view out of the large window. The breakfast in the morning had all sorts of food and drinks for us to choose from. The weather was nice enough for us to sit outside on their terrace, which was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back the next time we're in Paris.

It wasn't that big of an issue for us because we're quite used to taking public transportation, but the hotel is a little ways out of the center. Then again, Paris is a very large city so I imagine there are always places that are harder to get to. We used the Paris transportation app while we were there which made knowing how to get around very easy.

I liked that the staff were helpful while I was there. The staff also made reasonable adjustments a few times for me which they did not have to do for example, provided phone charger and extended vheck out time which was okay to pay. The breakfast was good and included hot and cold breakfast. The scrambled eggs could have been cooked better but there are boiled eggs available. I liked the free tea/coffee area.

The shower area was a little small but it did its job. You get what you pay for.

Good location - just about 10-15 minutes by train to Paris centre (to St. Lazaire station, which gives you many options of moving further around the city by metro/RER. Also the district itself is nice and quiet. Police station is nearby)) Comfortable bed. Breakfast is good enough for this type of hotel. The room is cleaned every day.

Cleanliness in public areas (stairs, elevator) should be much better. Elevator space and shower space in the room are very narrow. VERY narrow.

Lovely, always available and helpful staff. The location is great and peaceful, very safe as it's near a police station, it's a tiny bit far from Paris centre but it's easily reachable with public transport. There's a train station very near. They offer good and variated breakfast.

Although the rooms are small they are quite nice. The stairs were a tiny bit uncomfortable and the elevator was quite small.

Excellent location, Asnières-sur-Seine was a pleasant surprise. In the 5 minutes walk between the hotel and the train station there's everything you may need like supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, green grocer, bakers, tobacconist, cinema, a McDonald's, a Subway and a Paul's bakery. The area is well looked after and always busy. The trains take you to central Paris up to St Lazare station direct. The hotel room was clean and well lit. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of choice.

Tiny and shakey lift. First room we were assigned had a loo so small that you could not close the door. This was sorted immediately and we were given a different room with a regular bathroom.

Fabulous hotel, with really friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely with freshly baked goods, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, fresh orange, etc. The location is good with a train station, just a 5 minute walk. It's not a metro but gets you into the centre in about 10 mins. The neighbourhood felt safe, and the locals were friendly with a good selection of shops and places to eat nearby. I would happily return and recommend it to others, Thank you for a lovely stay.

My only suggestion would be to have the tea/coffee machine available throughout the day in the lobby since there is no kettle in the rooms. I did ask after a busy day exploring Paris and the local coffee shops being closed, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate my request for a hot drink but it would be nice to enjoy in your room or without bothering the staff.

Access to drinks through out the day (tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc) me and my 2 boys got in at midnight from the PSG game and the man on duty allowed us to make warm milk and get fresh water for the children before bed. The lady on duty when we arrived sources plugs for us as we’d forgotten ours and another staff member helped us find transport and starting times of the game etc. The staff in particular make the hotel so inviting and friendly. The room was great for the price, clean and exactly what we needed. Just a 2 minute walk to shops/restaurants all open even on a Sunday evening. Overall the stay was very pleasant and breakfast was good, the children enjoyed it.

The staff were super friendly and by message on booking I did mention the trip was ro celebrate my husband s birthday. When we got to the room we had balloons and a Happy birthday banner, super cute and thoughtful. Thank you so much. Breakfast was good and the girls kept topping up even when some other guests were not that kind speaking to them they were always friendly and polite. The hotel is very near to the train station 5min walking and the train takes 5min to the Paris metro too. Easy. Thank you ❤️
