The hotel lobby and receiving area are nice and wide. Rooms are large and spacious enough based on Japan standards. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety of spread. Housekeeping staff are great.

Not flexible in requesting for our room change and we booked an additional room for 1 pax.but available floor is a smoking floor only. Told them the health condition of our family and requesting to be transferred to a non-smoking floor once there is an available room which didn't happen, no call or what. I know I booked for 3pax initially, non-refundable and cancellable but they can make adjustments if they prefer to do so. To think we stayed for 5.nights, we were expecting a little consideration on our request.

Big very clean rooms and very good staff. Breakfast was well cooked with a lot of options for Asian and Westerners although if you have a long stay the food basically remains the same everyday and that can get a bit boring. I guess because logistically most are short stays with a lot of group visitors from mainland China. One tip, the fried eggs are done in bulk and are all well done to rubbery. Most Westerners like them soft in the middle.

We had bouncing Elephants running circuits of the room at very inappropriate times above us and the noise was beyond a joke. We reported it twice and the manager very kindly and promptly went up to speak to the culprit/s. We gave up eventually because after a lull it all started up again. I guess that's just a part of accommodation sometimes and in the end it's not the fault of the Hotel but the people who show little regard for others.

The property is clean, the staff is very polite and the location is decent. The staff was extra helpful for when we needed to unexpectedly replace broken luggage and needed to dispose of the old luggage. Next to a train station. You can board the train and transfer to other stations to get where you need. Very convenient. There is an entertainment center with arcade, bowling and karaoke across the street. There’s a pathway to walk near the harbor and see a lighthouse. There’s a small mall nearby.

The hotel is older and the AC had problems working. Sometimes would wake up from how hot it got.

I got a cheap last minute deal on the hotel, it would normally be out of my price range. It was beautiful with everything you would expect of a hotel of this quality. Huge room, great view, spa bath and a shower with water pressure and changeable nozzel that was a great way to wash off before getting into the bath. All amenities laid on. Just wonderful. 45 second walk from the West exit of Nankai-Sakai station. There are some great restaurants in the station and a new takeaway sushi place that is exceptional value for money. I stayed here so i was close to the meeting point for a knife factory and Sakai history tour i was doing the following morning. Highly recommend the tour also.

Nothing, it was all wonderful.

The hotel was very inexpensive when I first booked but I when I needed to change my dates, the price doubled!! I was thinking I would just pay the new rate for the additional night I booked but it repriced the entire trip so I lost out on the better pricing. Seems to not be very fair. In the future, I will NOT modify my reservation but just book the additional nights at the newer pricing.

Hotel is managed by the Japanese, thereby making changes very difficult as they have a hard time with any kind of changes.

Hotel is right next to the Sakai train station. There are a few convenience stores near the hotel, and a McDonalds too. The hotel has got all the in-room facilities that a traveller will need. Room is very spacious as well. The bed is very comfortable.

The footbridge connecting Sakai Station to the hotel is super dark at night, without any lighting. The escalator was not working as well. We were lucky that we found a lift otherwise we had to carry the suitcase down the stairs. The facilities in the room, like the furniture, seem kinda old, may need some restoration. However, they are all working perfectly fine : )

The hotel is old; you can see it from the carpet in the holding area and the hotel room. Everything is aging, but the staff is great and accommodating. In addition to that, the hotel is affordable and within your budget. It is near Sakai Station, so it is convenient, and the internet connection reaches the train platform, which is stable. I plan to stay in this hotel in my future Osaka travel. Thanks to all the staff who assisted me and to the room attendants who kept my room clean.

Very easy access from the airport and train station. Beautiful lobby. Large western style room and bathroom with all amenities provided. Great shower. Good size bed for Japanese hotel. Friendly hotel staff with easy check in and the price was good. Super fast WiFi. 12 min easy train to Namba.

Rooms are a little dated and worn out. TV doesn't work very well and we couldn't connect our chromecast. A little out of the way and a bit of a walk to the closest konbini (8 min). The stay was great.

The customer service is great. There are 2 english speaking staff so it is really helpful. It's a old style grand hotel. Everything is great except their pillows are too soft n when U request for more than 2 pillows they don't allow it. The aircon cannot be tuned n was too warm. They happily gave us a fan to cool down the room as the central heating is set in place. Other than that it's fantastic. It's only 1 min walk from train station. Right infront

Fantastic view from the upper floors (19). Biggest bathroom I have seen in Japan , and the room itself was spacious too. There is also a buffet restaurant at a reasonable price in the hotel, but I didn't eat there. 3 minutes walk to Sakai station from where the airport express takes 30 to 40 minutes to Kansai airport.
