The hotel is located away from the centre of town, in the 'Buffalo Grill, sort of area. There are two Ibis hotels next to one another, and it is easy to find yourself at the wrong one, as we did, and wonder how to check in. Both are taken care of at the posher of the two. The parking was immediately outside the hotel and secured by an electric gate - we felt the motorcycles were very safe. Checking in was a very nice experience, the receptionist very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were good, well equipped, and the pool was very nice (smaller than it appears in the brochure picture, but very refreshing, clean and surprisingly deep). The breakfast was excellent, with a really good choice of hot and cold food. All the staff were really good at their jobs, and very friendly.

A warning - on the map it looks like a pleasant stroll of around a mile into the town. It is actually a very steep climb, and not one I would bother to do a second time.

Typical Ibis, good location for a stop over

Personally I think Ibis has become a bit too expensive when compared to Camponile hotels especially as they both offer similar rooms and services but Camponile provide a kettle in room

Compact, tidy, closed gate hotel. Modern and clean. Great food (both food and dinner).

Room was clean and compact for 3 but no AC (told it is only used in summer) which was a shame as it was 30C outside. This made room stuffy and hot at night. Hotel provided a fan which allowed some comfort.

A clean modern hotel which offers ample free parking with a very good breakfast . I would visit again ,but a short drive is needed to get to the nearby town centre which is worth visiting

Good to have the swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. Clean well maintained hotel. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Good bathroom/shower. TV good.

Location wasn't the best. Walk to the centre of the town was up steep inclines and about 35 minutes to get there. Should have driven! No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities.

Location a bit far from the centre of Aubenas but my wife was in the hospital to which it is close. Staff were friendly and efficient in fact I would say a good team.

Free beer and caviar on arrival. But seriously my only problem was the distance from the town centre but in a location such as Aubenas this was something to be expected.

Easy to locate and clean modern room. Restaurant on site, nice outdoor area, secure free parking on site. Friendly helpful staff. Bistro about 5 min walk on other side of roundabout for evening meal if preferred.

On busy road with traffic noise if window open but ok closed and airconditioning operating.

Very easy to find, their restaurant is closed Sunday but there's a Buffalo Grill 5min walk & McDonalds opposite. Secure parking and helpful staff

Distance from town but that was certainly not their fault!
