The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and included a bathroom with Whirlpool bath. The air-conditioning for the room was not working on arrival, but a friendly, helpful receptionist persisted until it was re-set by the maintenance engineer.

The morning receptionist was also in charge of replenishing the breakfast buffet. Requests were acted on immediately, but necessities like plates and cups ran out at times as well as food items.

Very clean good size room with comfortable bed, quality bed linen and towels. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. This was an excellent place for an overnight stop. Plenty of parking spaces. Very friendly lady on reception who spoke English. Had a excellent meal at the restaurant next to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful with a great selection.

Hotel located out of town so not a lot nearby to walk to. We were aware of that but chose the hotel for car park size as we had our trailer with us. No AC in room but a good fan was provided in the room and window opened.

This is a very nice hotel, do not be put off as it is on a Retail Park, next door is a swimming pool and a restaurant. lovely rooms all nice and clean and well equipped, Nice meal in the hotel restaurant on the night we stayed and all very reasonably priced. But the best bit were the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Will stay in a Kyriad again.

Breakfast could have been better for us, we only like fruit, cereal and yogurt. not much choice!!

Breakfast was not consistent, toaster available but no bread to toast. Staffing level low. No air-conditioning in room. Coffee and milk hit & mlss.

Great breakfast that was attentive in variety. Very helpful and honest staff at hand. Quiet environment that added to a great stay.

Whist walkable through foot paths to the station, it would likely be muddy after rains. Suggest a taxi in such a situation.

Second stay in this hotel, again excellent. Attentive, efficient staff, very good room, large and comfortable. Bathroom with shower of quality. Breakfast buffet very varied, many savoury and sweet choices. Easy parking.

Excellent value for money, clean and modern with friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with shops and food options close by. An excellent base to explore the area. The parking is also excellent with some of it under a roof cover, especially good as it was raining. I would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was very good. However the evening meal was very salty which was a shame.

Less salt in the food.

Very helpful staff. Lovely town to visit. Would like to return and explore further.

The only fault was the slight hum from an external compressor or fan that we could hear from our room.
