Location is truly exceptional, a very good breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking a beautiful bay. Staff was generally very friendly.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit dated, and when we they wanted to charge us EUR 500,- for things we did not do/order (massages and extra breakfasts). When we pointed this out, they simply removed the items from the final bill, without any explanation or apology.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular. The hotel has an incredible deck overlooking the sea. The staff is nice and the free shuttle to and from the ferry is very convenient.

The gorgeous location is also unfortunately a drawback. It's far from everything. There are buses which are quite convenient but not for eating out at night. If you don't have a car, you are a bit forced to eat at the hotel and the options are limited. The indoor pool was quite disappointing because it looked very big in the pictures and is in fact very small. And we were unlucky with our bed. We had requested a queen sized bed but had two single beds put together with one sheet and there was an uncomfortable gap.

The most polite member of stuff was Timothée! Very kindly and searching for results in any case of problem. Chapeau! Upgrade of room because of ugly smell coming out of canalization.

The answer of a stuff member claiming the ugly smell resulting from canalization in our room (which we reserved far away from the lift): „Yes, this may be, but you reserved especially a room far away from the lift.“ I cannot understand the relation between smell and lift ....
