Great place to stay; clean, convenient; offers an opportunity to practice your french with the residents. Comfy bed, all the amenities one needs for self catering, or restaurant for breakfast and balcony is good for fresh air.

This place was a real surprise! I failed to notice when I booked that this was a residence for Elderly people and they rent out unused rooms. This in no way affected our stay. Our apartment was large with a very large balcony. It had a living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all very roomy. The bed although not large was big enough and very comfortable. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, or a lively place to stay, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a comfortable and very well priced bed for the night this is perfect. Within walking distance of Beauvais town centre which is well worth a visit.

We would have loved to have made a cup of coffee and coffee was provided, unfortunately there was no milk or cream available, even to purchase. A very small inconvenience but something that could have been remedied really easily.

Amazing! We spend 1 day in beauvais before early flight next morning. Bus nr 6 took us from airport to city centre. Nice walking and exploring the town and in 20 min we were in our hotel. It was the best accommodation we ever could have! It was in the home for the eldery people but don’t be afraid of it! one floor they rent out for tourists and we had pool all by ourself, we got and spacious room with a kitchen, everything is modern and beautiful. Across the road is big carrefour and mcdonalds. If i ever become old i will come here for to live!! The price to the airport it 13-14€ from this hotel

As already mentioned, this is an apartment in a retirement home. Both the building and the apartment are newer and very well maintained. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and although they said they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate about everything. We also paid for the car park which had plenty of space. There is a supermarket round the corner. I would love to come back again.

To be honest, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

A fabulous little apartment in a welcoming building. It's a seniors facility, and the residents liked meeting my dog. The apartment was beautifully clean, really well equipped, with a big balcony. After a day's driving it was just what I needed. I didn't use the pool, but I had a look and it was great. Beauvais is a lovely little town. I was sad I was only staying one night on my way up from the south to Dieppe.

It was pretty perfect.

WOW ,What a lovely stay ! Better and cleaner than the 4 star hotel in Paris City Center . We booked this Residence the last night of our trip, as we had an early morning flight from Paris Beauvais . It is extremely clean , and comfortable! Staff is perfect and also helped me reserving a taxi to go to airport . I wish I could have stayed longer ! It was perfect !

Very nice, new, good-sized room, clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Quiet location, within easy walk from the town centre, and 10-15 minutes walk from station. This is a seniors residence, which lets out spare rooms. There are cooking facilities, which I didn't use (apart from making tea, a selection of which provided).

No complaints!

Their communication was considerate, reaching out a day in advance to inquire about our dinner preferences. Upon our arrival at the apartment complex, we found private and secure parking ready for us. Everything was impeccably clean, and our room resembled a cozy apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. We had the option to enjoy breakfast either in our room or downstairs in the cafeteria. It was a fantastic final stop before catching the Eurostar in Calais.
