Location is great directly at the beach and also with direct access to the village center with shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included in the rate and was very good as well. View from the balcony towards the ocean was nice as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking lot with gate and 4 spaces where one could charge the car free of charge. Free tea and coffee in the room and also 2 bottles of water.

Unfortunately the terrace is closed due to construction problems in connection with erusion on the beach. The bed mattress was a little bit too low so that one sits on the wooden bed edging which was not very comfortable. The area at the sink in the bathroom was kind of small.

The view is spectacular from our room balcony to the restaurant's panoramic view of the ocean. The restaurant meal we enjoyed was probably the best on our entire trip. We highly recommend eating dinner at the hotel! Breakfast was also delicious, and copious!

The smooth shower floor looks chic, but is dangerously slippery when wet. I fell and bruised my knee, and luckily did not hit my head. The staff were very attentive and responsive to my suggestion that a rubber floor mat be made available upon request.

The location is absolutely marvelous. We had a room on a ground floor with a little patio and it was very spacious and comfortable.

There was a general power cut throughout the town that left the town without power for 2h or so. The power at the hotel did not come back until next day. The staff did not communicate anything about it and so we missed that engagement with the customers. Also, the air conditioning did not work for one additional night and, again, one had to ask the staff for help and we escalated our situation to the hotel’s director. There was absolutely no proactive approach and no proactive compensation (even as simple as a note and a complementary voucher or something). That made the experience less joyful.

We stayed there only one night on our road trip. The restaurant was closed that night, but the staff was super helpful and recommended another place which turned out to be great. The room was overlooking the ocean, which was fantastic and surprizingly quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of options.

The place is showing its age, but it is well maintained and comfortable.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of choices.

The terrace overlooking the beach had not been furnished with the tables and chairs, which were stacked at the end. This we were informed was due to the weather over the previous months, even though it was warm and sunny whilst we were there.

Great location. Great breakfast but a bit weak for a 4 star hotel to only offer one sort of bread as gluten-free offer when this was communicated in the booking( and confirmed). No pancake, no waffles no cakes… WiFi was a bit on and off. We were not informed when we arrived that we need to book a table in the restaurant to have a table. One evening we needed to go somewhere else.

Beautiful location

Breakfast is served (7:30-10:30) in the hotel restaurant, with view on the ocean. Nice. But around ten, hotel staff start to prepare the restaurant for lunch so you start to feel not welcome and pressed to leave. Moreover, when I asked at 10:15 to get some eggs (none were left ; there were 3 black slices of bacon remaining) I was told that this was totally impossible. I was "too late" and they were not going to serve me. It was only after making a big fuss with two different members of staff that I managed to nevertheless obtain one single boiled egg. It says everything about service mindedness.

I had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the ocean. I was able to sleep with the balcony door partially open to hear the waves. The room was clean and well maintained during my stay. The breakfast was well stocked and ample. Overall the food was excellent. The outside sitting and lounging areas and the pool area were very comfortable. The location of the hotel right on the beach makes it seem so distant from the busy seaside town that is right out the back door. The parking was close and secure. The staff were amazingly kind and pleasant.

The bed frames are awful. They come up level with the mattress and it is actually painful getting out of the bed. Whoever designed them should be forced to get in and out of them repeatedly for several minutes. I noticed other reviewers have commented on this.

The room was very clean and the location was great , seeing the sun go down was wonderful. The lady on reception upon our arrival and in the morning was excellent and nice.

The Second Lady on reception in the evening had no interest in helping us ! For a four star hotel it is very over rated ! The breakfast in the morning was cold only for the young girl to tell us she had forgotten to turn the food heater on. No milk to cater for guests drinking coffee white, and hair dryer didn’t work !

We liked the view, directly at the Atlantic Ocean, easy to get to the beach. Parking is good and there is a possibility to charge electric cars for free - speed is slow (But free) and you need the schuko adapter plug.

Breakfast could have been a bit better especially the coffee.
