The property was superb for its location only 5 minutes’ walk to stunning white-sand beach and good restaurants and bars; the quiet and tranquil environment of the building and neighborhood; the impressive value of a beautifully furnished and sparkling clean apartment with large terrace, great natural light and beautiful views of the countryside. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen supplies. The linens and towels were superior quality. Most important, the property manager Celine was thoughtful, efficient, extremely responsive and made our stay memorable. She is extraordinary! Vieux Boucaut is a small town with loads of ambiance. We plan to return to Lou Cout soon!

- The location is perfect for access to the beach and to the downtown area (5 minutes either direction). I parked my car upon arrival and didn't move it until I left, as everything I wanted to visit was accessible on foot. - The pillows are a nice mix of softer and harder ones. - The balcony is lovely. - The ability to bring down the blinds to let wind in during the day without heating the room is great. - The gateau basque waiting upon entering is a charming welcome gift. Merci beaucoup :)

- Oddly, the shower water was very hot, even when set to its coldest setting. (I tried multiple settings but it only got more boiling unfortunately). Not sure why that was, but given the heatwave it would have been nice to take a colder shower. Regardless, I was only there for 2 nights so I didn't feel the need to ask about it. - Other than that, I personally felt the towels to be a bit small & thin, so luckily I had brought my own with me.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and into town. Celine was really helpful and welcoming. A welcome gift of a Basque cake was a nice surprise. The apartment had everything we needed for a a very pleasant stay. Parking was directly in front of the building.

The apartment is spacious with a little balcony and very close to the beach and short walk to the town centre. Parking in front of the residence . Vieux Boucau has lots to offer so a lovely place for a weekend break

The shower cubicle was very small !

A quiet room. Perfect location, very close to the beach. A delicious cake from a local pastry shop was waiting for us to greet us. Private parking spaces right under the building (must be booked before arrival). The facilities were good.

Unfortunately, the dishes waiting in the cabinet were not the cleanest.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location - short walk to the town , lake and amazing beach .. everything on your doorstep , shops, bars , restaurants. Lovely balcony to sit out on … thoroughly recommend this apartment

The apartment was cozy and spacious. We like the style of the Interieur a lot. We we could park our car in front of accommodation. They welcomed to us with a cake.😊 supermarket is just next door.

If you’re unlucky people are loud in front of your balcony.

Excellent location very close to the beach. 5 minute walk away from town with supermarkets, restaurants etc. Excellent comms with Céline. Loved the balcony, it was just a little cool for sitting outdoors when we visited mid-May '23. A tart had been left for us, and there were a couple of coffee capsules each which was fabulous. There was a washing machine - great for cyclists passing through!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. As a very nice surprise we received a local pie that was delicious!

The cleaning had to be done by ourselves, which seems to be common in France.

Comfortable nice and quiet apartment with a sunny balcony. Great location close to the beach. Bonus cake on arrival. Love to come here in winter, when the town is not crowded.
