Very good breakfast and central location, and the staff were genuinely outstanding. We had tried to reserve a hotel car parking space but, because we booked at the last minute, none was available. However, the staff went out of their way to make sure we could park publicly as close as possible – and we were very grateful as we were travelling with an elderly relative. They also recommended and booked a nearby restaurant for us, again much appreciated as we arrived relatively late.

As with some other Best Western hotels we’ve experienced, we couldn’t understand how to control the centralized room heating system (the instructions didn't match the room thermostat). But here the staff were able to individually reset the room temperatures.

The staff on reception were fantastic - very helpful, positive and friendly. We were very impressed. The hotel and rooms were immaculately clean with comfortable beds and quality linen. Large shower. 2 minutes walk into the town centre. Limited parking available at the hotel for €15 a night. There were plenty of spaces available during our stay.

The location in town was good being close to restaurants. Unfortunately, the recommended bistro on the nearby corner was quite awful. The room was recently renovated and clean.

The roads to reach the hotel from the highway were unexpectedly poor and lengthy. The garage had no room for our car so we had to find parking on the street. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests and the staff was unable to keep up with maintaining breakfast items.

There are no dislikes, the lady on reception was excellent also in the morning very efficient. The lady who did breakfast also very nice and helpful. The breakfast itself was varied and I don't think you could want for more choice. A little difficult to find but within easy walking distance of centre of town.

The staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, comfortable and a short walk from the centre of the town.

My main gripe is that I think there was a plastic covering on the mattress( or something similar) so we woke up in the night far too hot.

The personnel was extremely friendly and accommodating. We received nice tips for a restaurant and felt very welcomed, including our dog. The rooms are also comfortable and the location is conveniently located, close to the city center.

A fantastic Hotel in a great location. Central to everything and within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. We parked the car just behind the hotel which was great.Room was very clean, light and had air con. Bathroom was very clean with a large shower. Bed was very comfortable and roomy.There is a market a couple of times a week just in front of the hotel.

Large clean room, really helpful & friendly staff with amazing service helping us park & local restaurant recommendations. Celine was so helpful! Will be recommending family stay when we come back next year!

Could not adjust AC myself but the staff did it on my request (very minor issue). Parking costs 15€ a night. Minor,’but people need to know.
