2nd time we have stayed here. We love the pool and hot tubs (although there were 3 last year and only 2 this year) Hammam was being repaired but we were warned about this when booking. The Chinese restaurant next door is a highlight. Will stay again, its a very convenient stop over for us when driving back to the UK from the alps

The decor is a little tired but everything is clean and organised

some staff didn't speak English-yes I do realise I was in France but they are in the tourism game-parking was free but there was no security, we were on motorcycles-not the hotels fault but some locals driving round at 2 AM blaring the horn-hotel is on a shopping complex

Friendly staff. We slept here on our roadtrip to Paris. The spa was excellent. Room clean and nice. Enough space to park our mopeds safe and secure. Airconditioning was perfect

The showerhead was a bit leaky but no problem

Spa is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there but the food looked really great.

We were a bit surprised by the location in a shopping complex, but overall it is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely stay there again

Rooms had good a/c

The central courtyard on the top floor was like an oven in the afternoon/ evening and still hot at breakfast time although a/c was put on to help.

Comfy bed, clean room, free public car parking, all you can eat Chinese buffet next door.

Didn’t realise hotel was in a retail park. Hotel had run out of bath towels so had to use hand towels.

Swimming pool Hot tub sauna and steam room all included in the very reasonable price

Everything closed down to soon I arrived a bit to late to be able to enjoy all the facilities and have a meal before everyone left and things shit down

Room very comfortable and spacious Breakfast was excellent in a light airy room, the staff were very pleasant . The spa facilities looked inviting unfortunately we didn’t have the time to partake of them , next time !

Not easy to find

The staff was very friendly, the spa was a little dated, but still very good, the breakfast was very good, the room was very nice and quiet and we had a lot of parking.

The bed was very soft (which was not very good for our backs).

We came to this hotel with late notice and the staff could not of been anymore helpful , Food and facilities were great .

there was only paper cups in the room . maybe some little bottles of shampoo etc.
