Amazing place, we loved it! Accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Facilities are new, high quality and well maintained. Villa was fully equipped for longer stay and felt homey with enough privacy. Very nice spa. Delicious breakfast with many options. Cleanliness is up to highest level. Staff&managers are professional, nice and friendly, looking well after their guests. Especially Laurent& Franck who made our stay even better at this beautiful place.

Hotel Lovely room (no. 4) with a huge balcony from French doors with the comfiest bed and a truly great shower Great parking within the hotel area so private and secure. Restaurant Lovely atmosphere with soft gentle background music and the hubbub of happy diners. As the light went the evening lighting came on which was also lovely. Food and service was extraordinary with some nice house wines It was busy so I’d recommend booking in advance.

The Hotel is beautiful inside as are the gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Lovely view sat on the large terrace overlooking the well-kept gardens. We can't praise this hotel enough it is a lovely place to stay. We also had an evening meal at the restaurant, fantastic food and service. We are very much looking forward to returning.

I really don't think that there is anything that we didn't like.

A beautiful hotel though we didn’t find the town of Casteljaloux to be a very interesting place.

The food in the restaurant was good but we felt it was overpriced.

Very convenient for everywhere locally. the restaurant is truly excellent. Quiet location.

The only thing we found was the wash basin in the bedroom which was very shallow and not much use. It looked nice but was not at all practical.

The whole experience was managed to a high standard from reception to spa, rooms and restaurant and checkout.

The staff were excellent. The food in the restaurant was out of this world. The whole experience was in a class of its own with proper old school customer service that made you feel valued and not just a number on a balance sheet.
