The member of staff on duty during our stay was very helpful and efficient. He was also there at breakfast, which was good and plentiful, and the breakfast room was clean and welcoming The room was a good size and comfortable. Good location with carpark very close. Could do with more than one pillow, but no big deal.

Vending machine didn't deliver after taking payment.

The room was clean and warm. It was central to the town but was very quiet and well resourced. The room was large and was close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants.

We had 3 safety evacuations in the 3 days we stayed there. Totally understand that safety comes first but it was only us and the cleaning staff that evacuated.

Parking was easy and free for our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. It was remarkable value for money. The location was great for exploring the town and easy to drive to from Toulouse. The receptionist was very helpful

Given the price, the fact that breakfast was included was remarkable. However we restricted ourselves to the bread/jam side as the cooked food looked less appealing. Asd with most hotels abroad, if you are a tea drinker-it pays to come equipped with your own tea bags!

The locations is convenient and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However, we can not talk about breakfast as we didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we did enjoy every bit of our stay.

Everything was good for us and we don't have any complaints.

Ideal location close to train station and city centre but quiet area.

As a pilgrim walker I was disgusted to find that the "pilgrim discount" was not advertised on Booking.com and as I paid through Booking I was not entitled to the reduction. I find this disgraceful. I learned of the discount through a pilgrimage guide and the hotel confirmed its existence and still refused to honour it!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The rooms are very basic but the beds are quite comfortable and our room was spacious. It was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was the least expensive of our trip yet was very good. Nice fresh breads and croissant, good coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon and attention to keeping things warm and refreshed. Good location within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and Jean Jaurès Plaza. Very good value!

The hotel was clean comfortable and the rooms were so quiet at night time. The location was central within walking distance of everything. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely. Overall it was really good value.

The automatic check-in system didn't work for us. An explanation in the "booking.com" info would help. We waited in a bar until the staff arrived, no problem then.

Breakfast was really good.Coming from Canada we found the bathroom a bit small.Staff was really friendly We had a good time.

Spacious room, well located in the city centre of Castres with easy access to the main attractions. Quiet hotel and good value for money WiFi also works well if you need to work from your room
