Spacious Appartment, helpful and kind staff. We knew before the reservation, this hotel was combined with a senior home and the residents were nice to the guests. We felt comfortable there.

The toilet pot was found not to be cleaned after our checkin. We stayed 4 nights there and the room was not cleaned during our stay. The Wifi access code was long and complicated to type in and one code only for one device, which was quite unconvenient if you need wifi access for all the phones, ipads and laptops.

This is fantastic value for money in apartments that are part of a retirement home. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, with wonderfully helpful staff. A below ground secure garage is great to put your car as you make use of the fact that Cergy Prefecture station is 5-10 minutes away and takes you directly to Chatelet-les Halles in Central Paris. The balcony is also nice to have. This really beats a budget hotel. A bit more expensive but it feels like you are in a home rather than a room. The shower is excellent top.

Very little really. The view is not fantastic but nothing to be negative about and the area isn't the most picturesque bit of Cergy.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, with a lot of light, large bathroom and very nice balconies. All amenities were there and everything is brand new.

We were not aware that this is an old people’s home, with some apartments rented out to guests. The double bed was small (I would say 140cm wide) and mattress uncomfortable.

Really good experience. The team was very helpful with my situation and accommodated me accordingly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, property is clean and big, extremely quiet, very comfortable. Great value for money.

Fantastic. It is a serviced apartment. Clean, new, comfortable and secure. Included storage for bikes and breakfast. A superb stay. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool was temporarily out of order.
