Nice accommodations but beware of hidden costs. what booking.com tells you is not the same as what the hotel expects and charges.

The extra charges when we arrived. When the deluxe room says one Queen and one sofa bed, it means that they will make up the sofa bed for 28euros a night. it is not included in the room charge. Booking.com wrote us that there would not be a charge for that, but the hotel wrote in French that there was a charge. if we understood French we might have been prepared for the extra charges

Small hotel with great location in the "center" of Chatillon. Several dining locations are close by. You will need some french language skills (or Google translation ) for the reception to arrange things. Good wifi coverage in the rooms. Smaller but high quality breakfast selection.

The room was fantastic: the family room was split in main room and kid room; or the kids, there were a toilet for each room. The breakfast was a lovely continental with a large assortment of cheeses, hams etc. and croissants, biscuits, cereals etc. we didn't managed to try the restaurant because we arrived too late and the kitchen was closed ( 19,00 or 19.30)

The only thing I could fault, it was the price for the breakfast which it's the same price for adults, and when you have small kids they don't eat more than a croissant or a bowl of cereal, maybe a full price for kids over 16 y would be more appropriate in my eyes.

We used the spa. That was great. Just no water nor relaxing music. Would have been a nice touch

One of best hotels with old design ! And first of all personal is very very friendly, i was late around 3 hrs in the midnight to check in and it was closed(, but still the Marie not letten me sleep outside and she come come back to let me in! Great place and im very thankfull

Good location and good beds, it is in an old building. It is very clean and there was a fan in the room (needed!).

Not very convenient as the time windows to check-in/check-out : You can check in only after 4pm and you have to check out before 10am. It is called spa but there is just a jaccuzzi that you need to book in advance in order to use it.
