Excellent breakfasts at the hotel! Moreover, I asked for special conditions (I have dietary restrictions) and the hotel staff accommodated my wishes and I was able to maintain all my food and diet preferences! great approach! I really like it. The hotel is well located in the center of Flume. There are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a ski bus stop is 20 meters from the hotel entrance. Please note that the bus does not go to the Cros Voland, but only to Notre Dame de Belcombeau. This is not a problem, but I didn't know about it in advance. The hotel has a restaurant with good prices and service - the fondue and raclette are excellent. I really liked the option that you can always ask in advance and they will prepare something special for you that is not on the menu, and if you have dietary restrictions this is a fantastic level of service. I would like to have a little better insulation in the hotel rooms. Points for improvement - I would like to have a ski room in the hotel, as it was very important for us and we had to dry our boots in the room. But for this price level it is still excellent quality!

There was no kettle in room as advertised, but person at front desk got me a cup of hot water on request. This hotel has very good potential, I would consider coming back after much-needed renos are done. More electrical outlets near bed would be appreciated for charging devices. Room was quiet, but noise from corridor woke my daughter up. Found the price a little high for the offer.

The breakfast was good, no cooked options but plenty of choice otherwise, maybe a bit expensive per person.

The location is very central and easy to find.

Let's say it could have been better, when I arrived I was soaking wet after half a day in the rain with my bicycle. Reception indeed has a limited opening time because the hotel doesn't have permanent staff. However, the person who did my check-in was there and she made me wait even if she was there just because I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the opening time. Rules are rules I understand and I didn't inform the hotel that I was arriving earlier.. it is just not what you would expect as a welcome from someone who sees you coming after a long day riding in the rain.

It was on a quiet street and next to the bus stop for our shuttle bus to the slopes. Also very conveniently all in waking distance a bakery which has great coffee and bread, a convenience store and our ski rental shop. All excellent and some local restaurant which were pretty basic but good enough. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well. And the staff, they were so helpful, kind and lovely!

The beds weren’t very comfortable, there were no bathrobes or slippers available and we had to ask for a kettle with some cups. We had to buy our own tea, but that was fair considering the price. Also the location is okay for skiing but not if you want to walk to the slopes. You do have to wait for the (free) shuttle bus and returning from the slopes can be tricky; you do need to check their time table or you can wait for hours.

Lovely varied options for breakfast to cater for lots of different preferences. Great breakfast.
