Love the bathtub in the shower, good location, not too far from Paris. Found a European pizza championships winner in Épône central, Pizza P'epone, really nice. The smile of the lady staff at the reception in the morning bright up our day.

We've chosen "pay at the hotel option". But the staff deducted from our credit card without having our permission. We did get our refund but it's not in their right to deduct at the first place. Found some lady inner wear in the cloth cabinet..

Friendly staff, very helpful, they got us fresh hot croissants in the morning, super helpful with allergies.

Staff is very friendly and helpf6. Rooms are tidy and calm. A good choice for a long travel.

Room were smoking rooms. Didn't know, that in 2021 those rooms still exist. Was not the fault of the hotel, but a recommendation for travelers: check, that you have booked a non-smoking room (if wanted).

I have never stay at this franchise of hotels before and was disappointed in the room. The food was ok and restaurant was comfortable. The price was right,

Other resident spent hours outside their rooms smoking. laughing until the early hours. They gathered in groups which spread to outside my room. The staff seemed to have little or no experience in wine. We were offered a bottle of white wine which was literally warm and should be served chilled. Half bottles were a problem.
