Nice and comfortable appartment with amazing sea view located in a beautiful garden just a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach.

There was a problem with WiFi and TV (but we didn’t need it that much). Sometimes there was a strange, strong smell in the area of apartments and on the beach (no idea of the source).

The location of this property is really good, nice view from the balcony, quiet bay and good beach in a walk distance. This is it’s biggest advantage that partially compensates the rest.

The place is quite old and no room service available there. The bed sheets and towels are not included and should be eventually paid apart. The cleaning should be done by yourself before check-out (including floor sweeping). Therefore the price seems to be high for this place, you pay the location not the comfort.

The evaluation can be divided into two parts. I positively evaluate the location, the sea and the owners/staff. But the quality of the accommodation does not match the price. Now for the good stuff: Nice location with direct access to a beautiful beach with a beautiful sea. The building also includes a garden with a view of the sea, with a shower and a barbecue. The owners and staff are cool, they are pleasant, communication is without problems.

The price does not match the quality at all. The apartment smells like an old cottage after winter, it has no social area, no wifi, no hot water after 6 pm, everything is old and shabby. The craftsmanship and engineering of everything is absolutely incredible...and you're paying a hefty sum for it all. The first thing you are looking for in supermarket upon arrival is toilet paper! You have an apartment for 8 people and one half toilet roll. Compared to the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany... it is a great misery.

If you want to ruin your holiday - go there....

Facilities were poor; no kettle; no decent knife; no cutting board; no bottles opener-only broken one; no exchange of towels for 11 nights what we spent there; old and broken furniture; no cleaners-for cookware, no handwash soup; no nets on the windows; one roll of toilet paper for 11 nights? One rubbish bag for 11 nights? (come on guys! That is just not right at all!) Ventilation of WC to kitchen?... Also - the biggest disappointment - we ordered apartment with terrace and got apartment on the first floor without any terrace (Basically we got a flat). Nobody wanted to solve this problem - we complained straight away - Marie (receptionist) - she said to call owner, owner sent us to Marie again - vicious circle...They said, it was booking problem and "could not make any miracles" (?) When we complained about no air conditioning - owner said - it would be double price for accommodation (really?) We were in shock! To pay 100 EUR for using towels + bed sheets???? (we did not pay - nobody dare to ask for it because we were so disappointed, sad, angry first day what we came there. That was for the first time, what we had problem with booking through the Booking.com I would not recommend this place because of apartments which are in a very bad conditions... I do not want to be unfair - and I will tell you - beach + sea + garden were nice + there are two washing machines to use for free

Not far to go to the next beach, supermarkets. Free parking. Staffs are super friendly and helpful

The beach next to this accommodation is not really great. It's a pebble beach and not maintained nicely. There's no airco in this property, so rooms become too hot in the afternoon
