This is such a beautiful place. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. It's a gorgeous old farm house converted into a premium boutique hotel. They serve traditional Corsican set menu, which is a must try. The pool area is stunning and the grounds are lovely to stroll around to see the mountains and farm life. I also had a massage, which was wonderful.

Everything was brilliant but if I had to point anything out the breakfast is quite basic for €20. They are dog friendly but a warning there are cats everywhere. It also may be because we were there in low season but it was rare for a waiter to be at the pool bar. I always like to have a kettle and a fridge in the room if it's dog and baby friendly but they did have facilities elsewhere.

We staied for a night because we had a very early flight to come back home. The whole domaine is very beautiful with a fantastic care for details.

The room was kind of small and the fancy sink (although quite cool) made it hard to get to the toilet. We only really slept in the room though to be honest.

The Dinner was a pleasant experience and a beautiful setting. The manageress/reception lady was very understanding and empathetic towards our complaints of the poor room.

The fact that the rooms had no facilities. The rooms should have a fridge at a minimum to keep water cold. Our room in particular was very poor and had a musty odour due to a dreadful stone storage unit which dominated the small room. The drinks are overpriced and poor quality at the pool bar. It should also be an easy thing to get a coffee in the morning, instead I found myself asking staff if I could take one from the breakfast area. The breakfast offering looked very poor so we avoided that. In short, we felt a little trapped due to the fixed menus and poor and overpriced drinks so we went to other shops and restaurants during our visit. I wanted to leave as soon as we checked in but the lack of options in busy season made it difficult to find anywhere else. Pool area is nice but the pool is far too small for the amount of guests. We had two weeks in Corsica and this 4 day stay was the end of our trip and to be honest, if we didn't have a car I would have cried.
