This hotel is located in a simply stunning location. Our room had a panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding vineyards. So tranquil. We had a lovely terrace with small private garden with sunbeds and seating. We booked a deluxe room which was luxurious, huge, with a very large comfortable bed, seating area and stocked minibar. Pool was amazing, heated and with the same gorgeous views. Hotel operates an honesty bar system whereby you help yourself to drinks around both the pool and bar area in hotel. Breakfast lovely, typically French with fresh local products although no hot options available. Cleaning fairies do your room unobtrusively while you have breakfast. Walkable to Crillon le Brave village and a few local restaurants and patisserie. Will definitely return if back in the area.

Staff are available at breakfast and checking in/out - after that you are pretty much left to yourselves. Listen carefully to instructions as we forgot the exterior door code and needed it to both get out and back in, in the evening. Fortunately there were some other guest around to ask!

Ok, so we lucked out. Jean Baptiste really looked after us and we were given the room with the view :), overlooking Ventoux, big picture bathroom window, terrace. It was very special, just gutted we were only there a couple of nights. The restaurant recommendations were spot on, reserved for us (thank you again JB) and we were just generally well looked after.

Can't complain about anything. Sure it is on the more expensive end, but then so is Provence in general and I felt we certainly got value for money for that special treat.

The breakfast was very nice -- great croissants! Also the patio where one could eat the breakfast was lovely. The owner has done a magnificent job of converting a series of old buildings into a spectacular hotel! The rooms are beautiful and ours had great views and a lovely big balcony. The decorations of the rooms are very nice as well. Beautifully done and we'll come back.

The pool is in a nice location but has no shallow end -- i.e., it's too deep and hard to get into and out of and is unsafe for children. The pool could also be cleaner. Perhaps the owner should consider redoing the pool to make it easier to access. In addition, the safe was difficult to use and took several tries every time to lock, even though we asked for instructions. But overall, the hotel is very nice!

The location and views are marvallous! Jean-Baptiste is an amazing host: very friendly, extremely well organised and meticulous. The property is perfectly well managed, clean, comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely delightful with fresh local products, juices, wonderful fruit salad...all one can desire!

The rooms are a bit costly, but the location is unique and the quality and atmosphere absolutely worth it!

This is a superb hotel. Small very quiet, perfectly located and an absolute dream of a place to stay. Jean-Baptiste and his staff are very friendly but unobtrusive. Views, peace and tranquility abound. Plenty of choice at breakfast and of good quality. We will certainly return!

Nothing that I can think of

Magnificent! I had beautiful 5 days of rest, relax, nice food. Staff is very friendly, helpful but also somewhat invisible. But you feel someone takes care of everything. I felt like home there. I will come back, with my bicycle this time.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was unbelievably good. Unlimited choices of fruits, lovely locally sourced jams and honey, breads, pastries, fruits and juices. We could also have had hot cooked breakfast too, but unnecessary as the selection of everything available on the cold table was incredible. The location was amazing. An outstanding view over Mont Ventoux and the foothills. Facilities such as the swimming pool, pétanque, rental bicycles including e-bikes were second to none.

It was a shame the hotel did not serve dinner. Food was available for guests from 2pm until 6pm. It looked delicious, but would have been nice if it was served just a little later. Nonetheless, the manager gave us an excellent recommendation of a delightful restaurant just 3mins walk away. We would also have liked to have a kettle in our room to make tea in the morning. A minor point, as tea making was available to us downstairs at all times, along with the honesty bar for other drinks etc, which we really appreciated.

Intimate and quiet hotel with no children or big groups. Ideal for us. The manager was super-helpful as were all the staff. Lovely pool. And lovely open spaces to relax in.

Did not realise that there was/is no evening food until we arrived. A slight concern, but now we know, we would book again and plan around it.

Amazing breakfast on the terrace, with wow views, friendly staff, very homely and laid back attitude, no stuffy attitude. The room was terrific with amazing views of Mount Ventoux, and a great terrace which was brilliant for sunbathing, chilling, and forgetting any worries.

The car parking is the only negative, but does not detract from a great experience.
