The swimming pool on the roof top with the view was amazing , the gym was nice , rooms very comfortable with air conditioning and great cleaning , excellent location , drinks and biscuits and fruits at reception . Overall we had an excellent stay . Breakfast food was very good .

The car Park spots were very small and the car park was difficult to access ( though Digicode not working well ) , the breakfast room was ok ish but nothing special and with Moskito

We arrive early evening in La Ciotat and find this nicely renovated hotel in a great location! The room is larger than expected - a great surprise! More storage than I could imagine, lots of floor space to open our luggage. And I took note of past reviews that mentioned that Saturday night can be noisy, so booked a room away from the port side. It was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. The shower has very good water pressure. And lots of plugs on the desk to be able to charge our devices.

Absolutely not a big deal, just the weight of the door to the toilet was very heavy.

A very comfortable night's stay. A little pricey for a Sunday night without breakfast included and the shower/ bathroom had a glass window, so no privacy if you want it. But it's a great location facing the port. Despite the weather not being so good we used the pool, which we hoped might be a bit bigger and heated and the sauna/steam room were both disappointing as not hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful however and we would consider coming back.

Not much we didn't like except for the glass window separating the bedroom and bathroom/shower. Also the pool was a bit smaller and colder than anticipated and the sauna/ steam room disappointing as both weren't at all hot.

check in standard and staff's quality & attitute against Asian customers. the pictures of each room type in booking are not the same. the staff also not helpful to this matter.

The hotel is situated perfectly by the port - it couldn't be better! Large room, large bathroom. I didn't have a balcony as I was in a standard room but there were great views from the wonderful, good sized, rooftop swimming pool.

It's quite far from the Train Station and a taxi each way is 20 Euros.
