First of all if you're looking at this hotel over google maps, don't! The pictures on street view are 16 years old. The hotel looks great, and the whole street is renovated. As is the hotel, it looks great inside and is really nicely decorated. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. The breakfast was great, really tasty. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk to the peninsula and the center of town in just a couple of minutes.

The only thing that was a little letdown was the bed, it says 1 big bed, but it's not that big. My wife at 153 and me at 182, struggled to sleep comfortably.

Everything was wonderful! For this price, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the kind staff, the comfortable room, spacious shower, view from the balcony, efficient AC, amenities, luggage storage after check-out (and relatively late check-out). Even the breakfast was good (and they even restocked it 15 minutes before the end for the few people that were still there - super attentive! And while there was no milk alternative on the buffet, they efficiently procured some almond milk when someone asked). The location was perfect for both taking the train and the ferry and also for exploring the town. I hadn’t expected the free beach towels and the water in the fridge, which were great! I absolutely loved it, thanks so much. I hope I can come back for longer. Huge recommendation.

Loved that the hotel was a set back from the main streets, lovely rooms, comfortable bed, super clean throughout, lovely staff.

I don’t really think there was anything that I disliked about the property or my stay. At a push, I would have liked more fresh fruit at breakfast, maybe some different breads but actually there was plenty of choice and I didn’t go hungry!

Super welcoming and friendly small hotel near port and short walk to town and beaches. Accessible PMR room on ground floor. Fantastic team of reception, breakfast room and housekeeping staff. Lovely sunny breakfast room with view of mountains offering choice of €12 full or €6 express breakfasts. Perfect start to each day.

Accessible PMR room doesn't have a kitchenette like other rooms. Not a problem as does have fridge, patio furniture and could borrow cutlery and crockery from breakfast room kitchen.

Great location,very close to beach and old town incl shops,cafes and restaurants.In addition the hotel has a sufficient car parking.The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.Towels were replaced with fresh once and room was cleaned and beds made on the following day.The young lovely lady receptionist on our arrival (didn't get her name sorry) was very kind and accommodating,went out of her way to provide a room to our satisfaction,thank you.Will definitely recommend this hotel,had a great stay,thanks. Overall L'Ile Rousse is a very friendly and relaxing little town.

Location was excellent, especially if one is traveling to Corsica by boat with a car. Between the port and the town. Hotel parking enable us to conveniently leave our car without worry. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast area is bright with natural light. And they offer two type of breakfast menu. A light one with coffee and some viennoiseries+ fruit. Or a buffet breakfast. Perfect for those who start the day light or, on a full stomach.

We were allocated a room on the ground floor, so not much view from the terrace. But as it is in a quiet street, it was calm. The lights in the main area of the room are controlled by only one switch. I can't find a reading light while my partner sleeps...

A lovely hotel in a great location for the train station and a short walk to the beach and the old town. We encountered three different staff at the hotel and they were all incredibly warm and helpful. Marie particularly went out of her way to help us sort out our travel plans.

Nothing-it was all perfect, I wish we’d had more time to stay there.

Our sat-nav took us to L'Escale Cote Sud, where the receptionist immediately asked us where our reservation was for! There are 2 hotels here, luckily only 300 metres apart. Cote Port is a modern hotel, very comfortable and (maybe because it was out of season) we were given really spacious accommodation, with also a small terrace with table and chairs. Parking was right outside. The hotel is within walking distance of the port area of Rousse with bars and restaurants, pleasantly lively in the early evening of our visit. It is also only a short walk to the island, though this is at present closed off while improvement works are carried out (opening in early 2024 hopefully!)

The property is well-maintained and the stuff is helpful and friendly.

+150 euro/per night is expensive for a 3 stars hotel that does not provide many adds-on. That is not really this hotel in particular wrong doing but a general thing in Corsica where ridiculously expensives prices are practiced during the high season,

Pleasant reception staff welcomed us - they both also spoke English - and ensured we had what we needed to know. The hotel is in a quiet street just opposite the port area and about 5-10 minutes flat walk to the beach, seaside promenade, square, restaurants and cafes and a small supermarket. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily, The modern shower was excellent. Free hotel street parking was always available. We had a balcony with table, chairs and umbrella and sat out there often.
