We loved the heated swimming pool which is a good size too. The room was large and comfortable and we enjoyed the kettle with tea and coffee. We liked being within walking distance of the centre of town and the thermal baths. The staff were all charming and very helpful, both in the restaurant and the room cleaning. They are obviously happy with their job. The breakfast was excellent, very varied and generally generous. The lovely lady there will cook you eggs if you just ask. There was also plenty of fresh fruit and quality cheeses. This hotel is very well run and not skimping on anything.

The room was somewhat dowdy and old fashioned, but perfectly functional and pleasantly large. The service at the bar is not really available because of staff shortages. There is only a small bath with hand held shower. The restaurant menu wasn't particularly interesting, if we stayed there several nights, we would go out to eat.

The evening staff is really nice, receptionist and head waiter were very attentive to guests. The settings are quite nice with a cosy Bar and a lovely decorated restaurant. The evening meal was exceptional and so was the wine. Room was large, quiet and furnished with taste,on the last floor. Property comprises of an elevator.

Midday receptionist was not really nice. 1st advised I was there too early..so went out for lunch. I came back drenched due to rainy weather! She smiled at me in an unpleasant way then waited there as she had forgotten I was waiting for my room. If it had only be for her, I d have hated the place! Thankfully the other staffs helped me change my view on their hotel.

Everything! Nice garden with pool! Really nice grounds to relax in. Excellent food at the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Very quiet at night so we could sleep with the windows open…

The service was friendly. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to. The room was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel offered a good dinner.

Throughout my stay, I didn't encounter any negative experiences. Everything was to my satisfaction.

Very pleasant and clean, excellent location. The use of the secure garage for our motorcycles was fantastic and a surprise bonus when checking in.

Excellent service with very comfortable rooms in ideal location for our family visit to the region. Very accommodating esp as I had to change dates at the last minute. Would definitely stay again, if in the region again.
