Excellent hotel right by the Race track as well as (more importantly for us!) being very close to the Chemin de Compostelle. The facilities were first class, ultra clean, spacious everywhere with plenty of communal areas inside and out to relax. Our room similarly was large, bright and cool despite the heat outside: our room was very quiet, the outside pool area was opposite but you couldn't hear a thing. The hotel style is a succesful blend of traditional & modern both in building style and hospitality. Staff were all couteous, helpful and friendly. Unfair to pick out anybody but the restaurant staff lunchtime and evening were lovely. The restaurant itself was top class with a great varied menu & was good value. This really is a delightful hotel, a great stop.

Room was big, the bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was a wet room, there were services very close, its a 5 min drive from Magny-Cours, staff were pleasant (though not many spoke English - but I don't speak French either so I can't complain really).

I arrived early, at about 2pm. no early check in, which is fine. At 4:30 (check in time) they let me check in but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait a further 45 minutes. no spoons in the room for tea stirring, they use the little wooden sticks. The steak was not good but everything else I ate was.

Everything about the hotel was great – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, helpful, and professional.

However, our experience in the hotel restaurant was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, none of the staff there seemed to speak or want to speak English – they only spoke French, which made ordering food very difficult. In an international hotel setting, this is quite inconvenient and, frankly, concerning. It’s hard to understand how someone working as a waiter in a hotel doesn’t speak basic English, especially when serving guests from all over the world.

we had a suite (only one left when booked), however it was an extremely pleasant surprise, lovely balcony, greta seating area, table to eat/ work at & lovely mezzanine bedroom & bathroom

the sofa was pretty uncomfortable! It's a sofa bed & it isn't level seating, it drops downhill & is very firm. The jacuzzi bath tub whilst a lovely idea is more noise than bubbles. A large group of us arrived at similar times so the staff were a little overwhelmed I think behind the bar. We were told before we arrived that restaurant wasn't open, but then it was Breakfast needs a bit of work. Again, a lot of people all looking to leave at similar time but scrambled eggs had run out & weren't replenished for a while. In this day & age, some decent natural yoghurt, seeds, nuts, oats etc available is fairly standard but it was pretty cheap nasty yoghurt, and only things like chocolate flakes, cornflakes etc available to add to it. No big selection of fruit either.

The room we got was lovely and spacious. Staff at reception were very helpful. Nice to have a restaurant on site although the service was slow. There was a large group to accommodate and we had to chase for things a few times

There was a fire alarm at 3am but it got resolved relatively quickly. The pool was very cold

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I traveled with my dog and staff was very helpful at the desk. I also had to leave earlier than expected and lady at the desk helped me big time and also gave me refund for day I will not use.

Staff at the bar/restaurant could be more friendly or helpful, not looking annoyed. Maybe I came on bad day.

The beat option to stay in Magny Cours

Everytime I stay in the hotel, the fitness area is not available for several reasons, this time, again, refurbishment works in the corridor not letting go to the gym

How clean and tidy the hotel was. Very well kept. Staff in the bar were very helpful.

The chef has a really bad attitude and obviously made the serving staff's life hell. If anything was wrong with the food, they would panic if you sent it back. Then you would wait up to an hour to have a replacement or worse they would say they had run out even though the restaurant wasn't busy. We saw this happen to 3 other tables in 1 sitting. When the food was cooked correctly it was lovely. Breakfast was also not very well laid out and the warm breakfast would often be cold.

As motor racing fans, staying in this hotel was very pleasant although maybe not to everyone's taste. Room had a lovely motor racing theme to it and was very comfortable, the bar and restaurant were great, breakfast excellent. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Apart from the loud and very rude American sitting next to us at dinner, absolutely nothing

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It has great breakfast, modern rooms, comfortable beds. Very close location to the track. And very friendly staff.
