Clean, comfortable room. Little touches like tea and coffee were nice. Easy to walk to old town or to Les Grand Buffets. Checkin instructions were clear. Three locked doors/gates to get into the apartment, so felt relatively secure.

Not a traditional hotel, no staff on site. Someone jiggled our key in our apartment door in the middle of the night. Most likely it was another guest checking in late and mistaking our room for theirs, but it spooked us and then I couldn’t sleep. On a busy road that is quiet at night, but gets loud early.

The house is on the avenue to downtown Narbonne. Parking is easy in the street. It is a room with bathroom. There is no seperate kitchen but you have microwave, fridge, coffemaker, plates, glasses and cutlery, Heating ang cooling can be controlled by guests in the room. Internet is fast and stable. Host sends you detailed information on how to check-in in French and English.

- 5 min walk from the Grands Buffet! - 15 min walk from downtown - The room is big and the bed is very comfortable - There are food amenities and air conditioning - Even though it is next to the road, it is not very noisy.

- We asked to check in from 12.00 and they accepted but the room was not ready until 40min later, but it is not a big deal!

The room was fabulous. It is on a main road, but we never heard anything. It is really nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. There are some really nice touches. There's a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker in the room. There's also a table and chairs with plates, cutlery and glasses. We were able to sit in the outdoor communal area in the late afternoon for relaxing. We loved our stay here.

It's not the nicest area of Narbonne, but it didnt affect our visit.

The property itself excellent . Parking a little concerning as felt it was someone else’s property and wondered if there would be an issue , tbh there wasn’t ! Very good location for grand buffet

Lovely room with bathroom, coffee facilities and fridge, furnished and decorated with care and taste, very accommodating and atmospheric, sparkling clean and quiet, warm in winter, whole apartment building looks newly and carefully refurbished, walking distance from all important sites in Narbonne, free and easy parking in the backstreets nearby. Excellent communication with the owner, overall great value.

Close to the les grand buffet, walking distance to train, supermarket next door, amenities were exceptional and inviting.

Not a vibrant location, corner unit results in traffic noise in the evening (windows slightly open)

The room is excellent! Very better than expected.

Maybe because I’m 63 …. But you have to pay attention to details…i.e. to find the address was not so easy…the key’s instructions say “your name is ….”.. but is not your… is La Liberté….so, again, for old people is a bit confuse.

The room was clean and spacious. There is a fridge and kettle. Air conditioning.

No lift. Access proved difficult, didn't know how to get through gate, for some reason didn't get a text message clarifying this. I was standing outside the on the phone to owner trying to explain my problem re access. My French isn't great, think she had a similar problem with English.

Lovely room with everything we expected. It was nice to have coffee pods and little cakes We were very comfortable.
